I would give 0 stars if I could, i put in a mobile order and was waiting in the drive for 20 mins just for the women to talk to me and I told her I have the mobile order and she asked me to wait upfront and she will come and give the food for which I waited for 25 mins and I see the food is been ready and just sitting there, I couldn’t get in as doors are locked so I walked up to the window and asked she slowly remembered that I’ve been waiting and she again said she will come and give which she forgot again and I had go back to the window to get the food, I never gave negative review before, but I had to now, It was horrible it took almost an hour for me to get and get out

Service in all was horrible. When placing order never got asked what kind of chicken sandwhich i wanted nor asked for drinks. Waited aside for 15 min for order. Thinking they gave me complete order they gave me half my order. Never again with BK.

This BK at S Gessner and Harwin is not doing too well. Wait was normal. But freshness was in question.

Poor service. I can spend the same amount or less at a different fast food place and get a better service.

Worst experience ever. Walled in and no one acknowledged my being there for what seemed like forever. When someone finally came to the counter she asked me if she could help me then walked away before I could answer. Took what seemed like eternity for them to get me my order! Horrible service.

Very disappointed they put deals outside after that they told me that they don't have this offer

I ordered pancake and sausage plate. Didn't get sausage. Lady act like I was lying. Barely wanted to give me hot sauce for burrito.

Some employees are good and some are bad, but it all falls back on the company. Today around 11: 30am went to use a coupon code from Burger King from the mobile app. The employee there insists I need to bring the actual coupon. The app literally says coupon code will expire in 7 minutes. Another worker there insists I need the physical coupon! Mind you I’ve used coupon codes from the app at the same location multiple times without a physical coupon. That’s what the app is for! Frustrating talking to ignorant workers to say the least. Left without buying anything and probably won’t be back.

Good customer service but I asked for three amburguesa and they sent me an incomplete order and without fries, they sent me nugget.

I received coupons by mail so I went to try it.the chicken is old.
I don’t recommend it, you waste your money.
Too bad, in middle east Burger king is much much better!

The management staff are so friendly. Even when its busy the staff is calm and don't rush your order like other BK's. Clean restaurant too.

Not a good experience. The place didn't look very clean, the lighting was dim, the soda fountain was out of order and they got my order (a simple one, two of the spicy chicken value menu sandwiches and some nuggets) wrong (regular sandwiches instead of spicy) after taking quite a while, by fast food standards, to even get the order out.

Went here right before they closed in the midst of a nervous breakdown. Somehow convinced myself that onion rings would help. Nope. I received non edible onion rings with the texture of raw hide. I watched the associate refry old onion rings bc she wasnt in the mood to make fresh ones. I will be returning them in the morning.

I was in the drive thru.ordered a DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER, I received a cheeseburger. When I went back to the window the cashier told them.and I got ANOTHER REGULAR CHEESEBURGER.what was I suppose to do put the burgers together, if that was the case I would have ordered 2 MF cheeseburgers. The mess up your order only to replace it with another messed up order. FIND ANOTHER BURGER KING! THIS ONE SUCKS

The food was okay, but the price is somewhat high for fast food, and we got someone taking our order who was slow and made many errors.

Mi opinion es buena la atencion en este lugar es bien buena y el servicio que brindan es bueno sin más ya que soy un gran crítico lo recomiendo sinceramente. My opinion is good the attention in this place is very good and the service they provide is good without more since I am a great critic I recommend it sincerely

This Burger King is near my workplace. I go there when I don’t bring my lunch. Some days the food isn’t too good. So I try not to come here to eat unless it’s my last resort.

I just left Burger King y'all phone number doesn't work for somebody to call. Then I ordered multiple jr burritos and they were wrapped in large tortillas. If you guys ran out. When I placed order you should told guest. I had to take some tortilla off burritos so I can eat it Burger King trying giving me heart problem. I'm glad I didn't order some for my kids.

I come here all the time since it's close to my job. Never really had A bad experience here, everyone's always nice, usually the same people so it's a friendly place. Kitchens exposed so that's a good thing for transparency. Bilingual so if you wanna hear them and learn spanish, and clean seating area.
