Burger King, Houston TX

My mom and i was just there we order a original chicken sandwich medium coke and oreo shake they charge us for original chicken sandwich fries and sub coke.for.shake.we told this man after he charge us nooo. Aftwr he gave us everything to us we asked for receipt
Funny how it didnt work at that time. I think this should be reported to corporate

Terrible experience in here this morning. It took 10 minutes to get a small coffee. After I got asked a second time if I wanted cream and sugar, I gave up on that and just left with my small, black coffee. These people reminded me why it's better to just stay out of Burger King altogether.

Really friendly and nice group of people working there. Fast service and the food is always freshly cooked

Both times we have come to this location hoping for a cookies and cream milkshake, and we were completely shocked by how disgusting and expired it tasted. At first we were hoping we had COVID or something, but after the same taste from the second time.kind of seems like they are using expired whipped cream.

Tried to charge me $1.00 for a large cup of water.i’ve been to SEVERAL burger kings because it’s only only fast food restaurant that serves vegan food and they don’t charge for large CUPS OF WATER.you cannot charge someone for WATER.are y’all that desperate for money that you need to charge someone?

Food cold, soda machine not complete with all sodas, and front counter person working to many areas.

Food was awesome but only 1 ranch sauce like they charge the employee for it and didn't feel like getting up for another or drink with the covid refill

PLZ Dont come to this Burger king i went this morning i order a croissant and gave me a stomachache TMI But i got diarrhea the sausage had a wired Taste No wonder It was empty i should of just waited on the McDonalds Lane i was in a Rush Now i am rushing to the restroom ughhh! Warning you!

The window clerk was rude, doesn’t give you a chance to talk and the one taking order was worst.

They are just missing the mold on there bread smh I'll never easy there again I went once had mold on my croissant waited several I mean several months to try it again and I be damn if it's not the same again NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN

This place has really let there service go. Meat tastes funny.
And the one machine with all the drink running through is awful. You can taste ALL the soda flavors

Made my burger wrong twice needs some kind of manager in there cause no body seem to be in charge.

It was simple in and out. The burgers were assembled pretty good. Looked fresh at the time, drinks are self served and they have a great variety of them.

Really bad costumer service and to much time to waiting for the food

2 for 4 breakfast cressants are great. 2 for 6 are just as good.

Add avocado and mexican cheese to a whopper and you got one awesome burger. Good service. Accurate

Rude girl at the window.has attitude and rolls eyes.she looks white but speaks Spanish so might be hispanic

I had the sourdough whopper. It was by far the worst burger I have had in a long time. The meat was not flame grilled at not this week. I will not return to this location for anything.

This is what I have to have when I am out and about.
It truly is one of my favorites.
As always the service is reasonably fast, and they are friendly.

Lucky you got one star. Meat from a bin and not straight off the broiler and hair in the burger. Never again. So sad for a new place to be so careless with district official and loyal customer since the 70's in Spring Branch growing up. Sad people working there and hair was not ordered. January 11,2018. Never again.folks.eat a whopper at your own risk here.
