Burger King, Edinburg TX

Attention to detail is very important. My order was incorrect but as I was pressed for time I had to eat it. Asked for no cheese and I got it.

Took an hour wait in drive through and still got my order completely wrong. It's a 30 minute drive to have you people make us wait an hour still not get the order right.

They were out of ingredients to make the chicken sandwiches, how does that happen? But other than that speedy service, and they were out of lettuce in which most of the burgers have in them.

When you dont have alot of money go by Burger King they have a great menu for us poor boys and their food is not so bad so instead of going to, did u hear the news about whataburger, they changed their name to where's the burger, g ou by Burger King and eat while it's hot cause if you dont it ruins it, see u later guys.

After several bad experiences at this location I wont be back. Super slow service despite being fully staffed, no one in the lobby, and only two cars in the drive thru. Food quality was poor, like they used old items in the warmer and repurposed them for our order. No sauce, not a single one, not even a ketchup packet for our nuggets or chicken fries and no napkins. If this is how they save money they should realize you can't cut costs with no sales. This was the last time, we won't be back.

All workers have flu and covid getting customers sick employees drink on clock close early and jessica Cruz employee stills from register post control caught her and gm covered for her was on camera smh.they not very sanitary used work there know from experience

My toddler got sick after eating chicken nuggets from here. He started throwing up the chicken and got a stomach virus. Had 104 fever

These people can not take an order right to save their lives. 4 times in a row they have messed it up. Today they got it wrong again and trying to fix the order the lady argued with us and then shut the window in our face. We left with no food. And went to taco bell. Never will i waste money at this dump again!

Really miss the kids playground.covid is over, I don't know why restaurants use this excuse to erase all childhood fun. Very annoyed.

Etc, etc are some of the places I would go it once a year or maybe 2 yrs. Pay a lot for very little, old food that is not fresh. Sometimes very bad service
You want really good burgers I would recommend the house draft I have tried it several times and never disappointed they are so yummy and the customer service excellent.
Burger King las time I bought the number #9 the meat looked and tasted old ya mero me tumbaba un diente cuando le mordí. Sometimes you get out of work tired and you don’t want to cook, you just want to go get a decent meal y luego te salen con esto. That’s the reason why I hardly ever eat out I prefer to cook at home healthy, cheaper delicious food. And I’m teaching my kids to do the same

Cold cold cold everything cold except fries. This place needs a new manager. Go on and order food you’ll see and y’all will thank me later

Asked if the playground was open and was told yes by a worker who was walking outside giving someone their order so I got my two kids off and it was freaking closed! Like why was I lied to? And then was told they have no beef only chicken. And seems like the workers don’t even know what they’re selling.

Awful Awful service. The kids that work the night shift have no clue on what to do. They are so lazy. The food was very cold. They must have bad management if that is how the employees work. Will never go back there again! This was an awful place.
