Burger King, Edinburg TX

This place is terrible. They never get your order correct and then they wanna give you attitude when they mess up the order. Nah I'm good.

Be careful I was told by the manager that this place does not honor coupons, BK offers and/or Flyers coupons, everything it is a regular price

Got the 2 for $6, the big king and the chicken sandwich. The big king was pretty good, small double meat burger. Restrooms were clean, everything in order. Employees friendly and got the order all right.

The drive thru went pretty fast, got my order in less than 5 minutes.was hot but the price went up a lot. I ordered a #1 whopper with cheese. Came out to $10.06 wow

Drive-through was pretty quick the lady that took my order was nice But I don't know what is wrong with all of the Burger King's in The Valley this location never felt me before when I eat inside the food is very good and very hot but every single time I visit the drive-through the food is very cold it seems like if they just tossed it in the microwave for a minute and then hand it to me before I even get to the drive-through window the food is already to go I commend them for the fast service but service but I don't want to eat cold food even if it is the drive-through So service was good but drive-through food is always cold and for that I can't be positive about this review

Was semi pack but orders came in less than 5 minutes. Staff in the front are very friendly and give you time to order and answer questions about the menu. Food was hot when getting it and the dining area was clean.

Good food, hot and fresh. Great service and nice employees. Got my order right, fast, hit, and was a nice visit. 5 stars.

Bread was not soft, old fries, bad lettuce, not warm food. Staff was friendly. No wonder it's always empty

I went march 22nd 2022 the manager was extremely rude to me because she didn't hear my order right and when I told her my order again she gave me an attitude and told me to say my order right next time with an attitude she snatched the money out of my hand very rudely and threw my food and money at me & she had tats on her arms and it was around 6pm.

Manager Cris and staff member Lorena were very rude I wasn't even talking to Lorena. Burgers were very cold even though I asked for them fresh. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

My car was left with s ransit smell from the burgers I got. They must not change out the oil from the fries or? ,?

Fast drive thru.chicken Jr was not hot. Burger was not hot.fries were hot. It's not uncommon to get hot food using drive thru window.

Aside from the fact that they keep forgetting putting my buffalo and ranch, everything else is good

The Pfizer burned. But edible. Chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks were not. Chicken nuggets were burned beyond edible. Mozzarella sticks were undercooked and doughy. Two stars because the Whopper Juniors actually were pretty good.

Screws up my order every time. You’d think at a different location they’d know how to do their jobs but guess not. Every Burger King at this point just doesn’t know what plain and dry is.
