15The nastiest burger king i have ever been to. First time the buns were so hard and the burgers were so cold and when I try to ask for a change they gave me an attitude second time the burger looked like someone bit it with their mouth and they just put it in a sandwich I'm not lying also these two times almost everything I ask for they don't have they don't have sauces sometimes they're out of onion rings they're out of mozzarella sticks they're out of jalapenos poppers and the only attitude the employees there run it like it's a personal private business. Disgusting never again anyone reading my review please consider any other Burger King they need new employees new manager or they need to shut this place down immediately health issues they don't wear gloves.
I ordered online at this location. When I told the employee at the drive thru, he told me we don't have it someone must have picked it up. I ordered and I didn't pick it up, so I repeated my name and the employee sounded annoyed. When I pulled up to the pick up window he looked at my with a blank stare, handed me my bag that had the "do not accept if torn sticker" TORN. I was concerned my food may have been tapered with because of that. I asked for onion ring sauce and he gave me some and didn't say bye, have a good day, you're welcome. Nothing. The experience was a huge negative and I won't be going to that location again.
I made a mobile order, and they said they couldn’t serve me any of my items because they were out of whopper meat lettuce and pretty much everything else … every time I go there’s something wrong
My drive thru experience was one of a kind with Ms. Maya was awesome I’ve never had great and smooth service as I did tonight both her and store manager Megan attended every need of mine spot on haven’t been to this location in a long but since they are there I will definitely be coming back! Thanks again girls!
This location is ridiculous. They have a line customers and no one to take an order any time you stop here plus the attitude. They need new staff and management.
Terrible! Terrible svc! Sadly when one gets mediocre people to work in an establishment. Svc plus everything will be mediocre! Burger n onion ringsbwere cold.they don't follow/ read Insta at all! Asked for np picle! Guess what sandwich was loaded with pickle no drink even though a drink came with the $12.75.meal! Even the delivery drivers know this is one of the worst B K, they even state that fact! They can guarantee they won't be getting another penny from me! Yes they're fast food but God get people that actually care about their work enough to do and execute it well! Integrity in any line of work is key to do a good job n productive job! Surely you all can do better than this!
Bad costumer service waited 30 + mins in the drive through line food was under cooked 0/10 don’t recommend coming to this one
This place is a total joke! You wait 20 minutes just for them to take your order at drive through.
And the food is as bad as their service.
This is by far the worst Burger King known to man.they need to update their hours because RARELY are they open until 12am. You'll go to the drive thru at 11 and they're closed. The employees are always rude! The last straw was when my meal was basically thrown at me. Customer Service is so awful and nonexistent. It's sad.
Horrible place! This isn’t the first or second bad experience. The whopper sandwich tastes so bad, they had no ice for sodas (imagine that in this summer period), no ketchup, fries soggy, etc. I wish I could give zero star.
Don't go there. I sat here 25 min 6 or 7 workers doing everything but working. Lobby was completely empty. This is becoming normal I see

I went to burger king and order the Bacon King and it only had one bacon broken in half and I know it was supposed to be more bacon on that burger I am so upset here lately my order has been messed up I am not happy the prices has gone up and I want what I pay for this is not it than the manager locked the door not good bk.
I went back to the burger King again and they couldn't get a 2 for five right I as for a Bacon King got no no bacon this is said I don't eat bacon often but I had a taste for it today and got nothing I a very very upset
Theses days people WORK HARD to make a living. So when you go out eat it is a luxury. Craving for Whopper w/cheese well my total came to 40.00 for my family. At home I open the bag we aremissing food. Yea I know to check the bag before you leave but we didn't. Then I try to call no answer. Why did they forget our items. But how it's on the receipt. IM $$@@# AT MYSELF AND THE DAM RESTAURANT
It’s always something wrong with this Burger King, either something is broke or they are out of the item. They also like to “close” early and stand outside and chit chat or they’re sitting down in the dinning area talking.
