Burger King, Houston TX

Got two 1/4 pounder burgers two small Fry's and two small drinks for 12.99 great price for a meal for two and the small drink was no big deal as I eat at the restaurant so free refills. The food was good the staff was friendly The Atmosphere? It was Burger King

A Nice and very clean restaurant. I was working uber in a tight had to relieve myself and got a little confused leaving the restroom and was headed for the kitchen. I apologize and immediately exited through the correct exit door.

This location refuses to make lunch before 10 am! There’s always an issue with their boiler! They have been denying lunch at this location for over a year, I will continue to report this to cooperate until the genius manager who came up with this idea is fired!

They give cold food. They're always out of something. The service is good the food is trash and they don't give condiments or straws unless you ask for them

If I could give them no Stars I would. Do not waste your time there even if i was starving i would rather fast than to go there. I ordered 2 plain Sunday's and the paid for them the man behind the counter was about to hand them to me and she grabbed them and chopped half of the ice cream in the trash. If I was not a Christian I would have to action on her. But she neeeeds JESUS. The end of story. Just dont waste a breath there.

I will keep this simple this place is terrible. They gave me someone else order. I had to drive back and they gave me a whopper with everything when I asked only lettuce. I took a bite a d had to throw it away.
Wasted my money and my time.
My whole lunch break was used going back and forth for it to still be wrong.
I would ask for my money back but manager didn't even allow me to ask and gave me a whopper.

I don't know why I even post this if it seems like it's ongoing issues that Noone fixes.

Just go somewhere else.

They seem to be very clean, staff is nice. The only problem I had was that I asked for a large coke no ice & I got mostly ice!

Grabbed a sandwich here on the run and it was inedible. I had to throw it away and felt sick the rest of the day from just a few bites.

The bathrooms were more dirty then a 3 world country! This place needs to win a award! The most nasty bathrooms in America.

BK is Back! Apparently BK was finally able to hire enough people for late night cuz they've gone back to their Pre-Covid Schedule. Albeit a little slow at producing some items (looking at you FISH!)

I promise this has been the worst BK in this area for years I just keep hearing horrible things and every time I give them one more chance their customers service screams I hate my job and wish I was paid more.it’s horrible.

Fresh Whoppers and fries. The staff is kind and the manager truly cares about his establishment. We went in to order but seeing as how nobody else was there, we decided to have an impromptu burger date getaway (lol). Super clean restaurant with outlets at many tables to charge your devices.

I love Burger King and frequent many around town. I do all my ordering through the mobile app except this location always has problems processing my order. This has been going on for months and I have given up and will not attempt to get food from this location any longer

Not a big burger king fan, but this place was clean, got my order right n quick. Fries were great. No complaints.

Worst location every! Will never come back to this location. Me and my husband yesterday was waiting in line and over heard a manager (Hispanic Lady) speaking raciest slurs in her native language, about an employee. I gladly got my kids from the table and walked out.

I’m bilingual so I speak Spanish fluently. It’s a shame that someone can have this muvh hate over a African American worker in this establishment. Will be contacting corporate.
