Burger King, Socorro TX

Go through the drive-thru, it's slow most times but the workers are nice. Just double check your stuff. If you go inside you'll be treated horribly and wait a long time. The boys at the register are rude and incompetent.

I HATE COMING TO THIS BURGER KING SPECIFICALLY! Me and my husband always have an issue. Today we were just trying to order the family bundle and they didn’t want to give it to us because it didn’t have a 4 digit code. Explain to the “MANGER” coupon didn’t have a code and he still refused to give it to me! Trying to say the the corporate send out the flyer incorrectly. Spoke to another girl pretending to be the manger which had BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They are worse then McDonald's on giving you the excuse with the lame story on their ice cream machine does not work at the moment. Lazy people work at that location and bad Management that is going to end up bringing this place down. Just read the reviews. That tells you everything

The star is just because I don’t have an option to put 0. Employee was very rude and unprofessional. The food was horrible.

They sending this place to hell horrible food now it has been multiple times that I go & they give cold hamburger & the bread just crumbles
& give burnt & black chicken nuggets & burned fries I deserve a refund, they give better hamburgers at cookouts

Stopped by for breakfast around 8: 30am. As soon as you walk in a bad urine smell in the dinning area & worst smell in restroom.
Customer Service was Great. Food was ok

I WAS IN MY WORK TRUCK THAT DOES NOT FIT THROUGHT THE DRIVE THRU AND THE LOBBY WAS CLOSED. I WENT UP TO THE WINDOW AND THEY SAID THEY COULDNT HELP ME IF I WASNT IN A VEHICLE. LOBBY CLOSED. NO VEHICLE TO FIT THROUGHT THE DRIVE THRU. NO FOOD FOR ME. THANKS A LOT BURGER KING. WAY TO RUIN MY LUNCH BREAK

Very bad service didn't get my order rite. No ketchup either no napkins and didn't bother to give me a receipt. It's getting worse and worse I won't be coming here anymore I'll be going to Eastlake instead. Worth the extra drive

Burger King has always had trouble but this time by far was the worst, it was as if no one knew what they were doing. The cashier had to keep going back and forth to another worker just to take someone's order and spoke way too low that every customer had to lean over the counter just to hear her. Finally after a while a manager finished taking my order, we got no drinks waited they gave us our food.still no drinks, ketchup, or napkins (had to ask for everything) getting ready to eat and my order was wrong, went back up to get it fixed and apparently wasn't the only one.here came customer after customer (including the ones in drive through and door dash) saying the same thing. Poorly staffed and management

If you plan on passing through this BK drive thru.

CHECK YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS YOU GET IT TO AVOID WAISTING TIME IN LINE AGAIN FOR MISSING HALF YOUR ORDER

They had the audacity to say they were lying till they realized we were actually right.

Ms. Bonnie Najera is SOOOOO AMAZING! YOU CAN TELL THE EMPLOYEES ARE ABSOLUTELY HAPPY! THEREFORE, WE CUSTOMERS, ARE ALSO ABSOLUTELY HAPPY AND SATISFIED! WAY TO GO TEAM BURGER KING!

Idk why but this place ALWAYS gets something wrong! Never get a receipt with my orders because it’s never working! Ask for sauce with your nuggets never get it, or missing a order of 10 piece! No pickles on burger? Don’t worry, well add it either way so you have to take them out yourself! Ask for bacon on your burger, sure, let me give you one tiny piece! Ask for a side buffalo sauce, nah fam, imma give you what i want, here’s a ranch! Uhh and that bread, come one, touch it and everything falls apart! Like honestly idk who they hire but this people have some serious issues! This place needs an investigation by corporate or something tbh!

These can't even do simple math. It's understandable if your "new" but don't lie because you don't know how charge what's advertised. The manager gets involved, as per my request, and has absolutely no mannerism. As a leader, you should always demonstrate leadership skills and politeness. Treat your customers with some respect. Know when you are wrong own your mistakes and address your employeesabout theirmistakes. A simple "thank you" would have avoided this rating. LEAD BY EXAMPLE

This burger King NEVER gets the drive thru order right. Tonight was no different. It's terrible to get home and open the bags to a totally wrong order!
