Burger King, Orange TX

They completely disregarded the substitutions on my order and did what they wanted to do. This is why you get the pay you get.

Normally love this place but the last couple of times I've been something got mixed up this last time ordered a loaded croissant and didn't get a loaded one they didn't have the ham not sure if they were just out but could've informed me of that

This particular store is poorly run, staff have no assigned stations or do know the job. Front of the house was a shamble at best ordered 2 of the same meals each without pickles, onions and mustard. After almost a hour the order arrived.
Both were wrong. Onions mustard and pickles. While waiting 3 out of 5 orders were messed up. Drive thru was similar state.

Burger king needs to invest in store training from top down.

This Burger King is completely worthless. No one in this store actually cares about their job. Every time I go here the food is always wrong and everybody is rude. Always a wait no matter what I order.

Ordered our food. Paid for it. Was asked to pull forward they would bring out an we are still waiting an its been over 25 min. We still are waiting

Order the royal chicken sandwich the woman did not do the order right at all used chicken jr buns on the sandwich when I'm it's not like that charged me 15 dollars for a royal chicken sandwich that didn't have nun right on it I asked for lettuce and the tomato to be taken off she takes it off but still charges me the same price as if I was getting the lettuce and tomato an also charges for bacon and the cheese which is understandable since that what I asked for but ik she did it wrong and over charged cause I got the same sandwich in Vinton and it was only 11.38for two and it was way bigger not on a chicken jr pattys

Drive thru was kinda quick, order was right and food tasted great.
The only issue I had was they forgot my drink because we did two separate orders.
But they gave me zero problems when I walked in showing my receipt and quickly gave me my cup so I could fill it myself.
Which was great because I got to put the amount of ice I wanted. It was first and only time I went but next time I'm around, I'm grabbing me some food again.
Texas Whopper is good if you like Jalapeños and the Coca-Cola I got tasted fresh and off the chain.

Drive through is ridiculous. I’ve been here twice this week and it takes for ever to even place your order. I drove off without ordering after sitting 5 minutes. Nobody even Acknowledged I was there. 5 ppl drove away 3 before me and one as I was typing this review in the parking lot. The two ppl that were at the window still sit there without any food. Get it together ppl!

Love my chicken sandwich and chicken fries. Staff has always been courteous and professional.

Three people working, whike three managers having a meeting to almost 20 min for my order, window cars lined up waiting on there orders

The food and service was pretty good. I got a 4 piece cheese stick instead of the 8 piece I was charged for. Besides that a good experience

Lately this place has been such a disappointment. My chicken sandwich was cold and the buns were stale. And they always seem to be so slow.

Don’t know how to make a bacon king obviously. Got home with absolutely no bacon on my food at all. Paid full price for the food and it wasn’t what I ordered. Will not be going back. Will tell my family about this so they don’t go either. Absolutely disgusted!

Will not be back! Although the store was clean and organized. Customer service and attention to order detail was not there. Mine and my husbands food had to be remade 3 times.

Haven't been in a while because I work alot.
Service was excellent food was fresh and hot. Place was very clean. I will be back soon
