Burger King, Lubbock TX

Never again. Missing a Whopper sandwich from order. (There’s an itemized list attached to the bag you’re filling-use it!) All orders of Fries were both raw/cold, yet clearly old at the same time. Change your grease! NONE of the 5 Whoppers we did receive had onion, pickles or ketchup. Told out of marinara when I asked for sauce for mozzarella sticks (since nobody asked me which sauces I’d like). Mozzarella sticks were cold/unmelted inside anyway. This order was a disaster, and I’d honestly like my money back. No way I’m wasting the time in the excruciating survey via receipt again-nobody contacted me last time, as requested. I’ll be on the lookout for a manager contact in response to this.

Only positive was the employee attitudes. They were very friendly.

Compared to the dumpster fire that is the one one university and the loop this is a five star restaurant, but i digress. I have never had an issue with my orders here, the staff is always friendly and accurate, no one huffs and puffs if it's a little later that i go there. The only downside is that they are going out of things a lot but other than that it's good.

Went through the drive thru the other night for dinner and the young man that took our order for us was great! Not only was our order taken quickly and correctly, but he also had great customer service skills. We will definitely come back to this location thanks to Israel.

Went for a quick dinner after a long day and the boy at the drive thru made my night! His name was Israel and he really took the time to make sure he got my order correct. I’m pretty picky and honestly don’t eat fast food much, but he got everything perfect and the food was delicious!

They messed up my order so I went back to have it fixed. I got home and the order was still wrong, didn't even bother going back to get it fixed again because the rest of my family was already done eating and I was tired of driving back and forth.

This is hands down and I am sooo dead serious when I say this. THE WORST DRIVE THRU ESTABLISHMENT IN LUBBOCK AND THERES NO CLOSE SECOND. Everytime I go there it's a 10 minute wait just to have someone come on speaker then another 30 mins just to get your food which will be wrong around 75% percent of the time. It's literally a joke everytime I go here and if there were a closer one to my apartment I'd of never tried again today SMH. Something seriously needs to be done about that place

It's was good. The young lady at the window was kind. I'm guessing BK has changed there buns recently as the last couple of times I've eaten at one the buns are too think and hard.

3rd time I've went and they weren't serving food. Different reason everytime this time something caught fire.

Well, we took 25 mins in the drive thru we had to repeat our order twice, after the second time the worker said "give me a minute" and disappeared for a while, we ended up going to the window where we saw that the inside was empty. At one point she came through and said she was in the back, she ended up taking our orders there. The food itself was fine even though I didn't get what I asked for, fries were good.

Just sooo hard to get into & out of this one. Plus it always seems like these poor employees need more help, as it seems to be one of the busiest kings. It could use some improvements. But employees have a pretty good attitude for looking sooo stressed all the time!

20 minutes or more wait. Ridiculous. 1 car in drive thru. MAAAYBE 1 person inside. They are slower than a slug. Whoever owns this should rehire and re train.

One word " GHETTO". Me and my wife went inside and mostly likely, you assumed that theyd greeted you.instead, this lady who work there just starred me down and walk away.also, there was a worker behind the counter wearing a street shirt.also, what i notice while i was there, the employee, when there nothing to do sit in the guest area starring at you eating.i wont be going there anymore.

We went here to eat. Lobby closed i dont even remember if the drive thru was open. Many other people were upset too. There is a mcdonald's across the street. They are great!

Don't get me wrong the food was good but the service was terrible door's were locked to the inside I mean I feel like covid is already over and the employees were rude so we ordered and ate outside on the patio
