Burger King, Beaumont TX

Polite employees & great food, but this place has the stinkiest bathroom ever. I can't even describe the smell. It's just weird.

This is the first time in a very long time that I have been to this location and it was a great experience

Manager said she didn't want to be here cause she not feeling good. Then the lady making the orders moved at a snail pace. The cook was yelling it wasn't supposed to be busy today. On top of all that food was wrong. Merry Christmas. Yall sucked. Never will I eat there again ever!

We waited behind another vehicle for about 5 minutes. When we got to the window, our order was not complete. We ordered a #1 and #5. Both with fruit punch (very simple). We had to wait another 5 minutes.

We pull up to the equivalent of "What you want? ", instead of welcome to BK. Ordering was a nightmare because of her rushing us. The food was disgusting. Fries and nuggets tasted like the grease had never been changed. Burgers were burnt and the tomatoes were cut thicker than the dang burger patty. Buns tasted old and stale. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Always fast and friendly. Always orders online and is always correct. Staff at the window is always polite.

To compensate for dry crumbly bun.way too much mayo & ketchup on the whopper and no onions.

The two for $6 is one of the best and most delicious deals in all fast food highly recommended!

I had to bring my great-niece to work on Tuesday morning. She works in the mall. I saw Burger King so I decided to go there & get breakfast for my mom and I. Burger King sometimes have the breakfast sandwiches 2 for 5.00.

Messed up my order twice and my food was cold and they got an attitude when I mentioned it so I asked for a refund and was told they dnt do refunds that I would have to talk to my bank. Night crew needs real leadership and crew members

Terrible, filthy, no air conditioning. I'll never go back. Every employee in that place should walk out because nobody obviously cares about them working a 100° environment. Pathetic! NO AIR CONDITIONING!

What is this really? Stopped for a late lunch and highly upset. Someone eat some of the patty? Cold meat, hardly would melt any cheese. On both? Not even toasted buns and they were hard as a rock.
Drive thru guy was awesome! Mist be a new hire cuz everyone is usually rude or barely speaks. Onion rings were hot. Thanks for a half job.

Decent hamburgers and fries. Their food is more filling than Mickey D's. You also get what you want on their burgers.

Waited for over 15 minutes. No one took our order. They were compensating people for getting their orders wrong and one charged the wrong order on the wrong card WE LEFT!

Worst place to eat in Beaumont, TX. All the employees that work there need self discipline holmes

I ordered 2 chicken sandwich and 1 king burger, 2 fries, and an 8 piece jalapeños bites. My order was missing a fry and the jalapeños bites. And tried to call them and the phone was busy all the time

I didn't like the fact one of the workers was digging in her ear then tried to give me some napkins. Nasty. I told her I didn't want no napkins

Wow sitting in line for 20 minutes just to get cold, dry, old food, ya'll need to seriously step it up!
