Burger King, River Oaks TX

Everytime I go to work i noticed this location was always empty should have took it as a hint but me being ina rush I stopped there for a quick bite to eat ordered the Texas double whopper and got a regular cold whopper waited in line for 15 minutes for a cold soggy whopper that cost me $12 I was already half way to work when I noticed long story short I will never visit this location again!

New employees, better service i drove home with food and im like 10 min away and the food was hot hot hot esoecially with 40 degree weather. Very impressed! If they take a while dont worry, its only cause its coming out fresh and hot. Worth the wait!

Best burger King ever the employees are awesome and on point food is never wrong remember patience equals good food and correct I Gove this place 10 stars

Everything was good, no complaints, I will not hesitate to return, and also recommend this particular BK.

We went at about 8: 44 pm the manager was very rude if you don’t like your job quit that simple! His system froze up while we were tryna pay and I guess it put him in a bad mood …. His face said it all when we were nothing but polite.
The other employees where super sweet though.

I don't know what happened to burger King they don't sell flamed broiled burgers anymore any my order is always jacked up I need to talk to someone about this location the lobby is always closed and it's not even that busy over there please get some new workers over there

Horrible dine in experience! The service was actually good and food too. Howecer, some of the staff have family members with lots of small children running around the restaurant. Kids crying, running laps around me, screaming, climbing furniture, throwing themselves at my feet, and no parental control. Staff and parents are totally okay with it. I get that it's a fast food place and they are Kids but the behavior was appalling and the parents and staff just laugh about it. I wish them all the best but will never dine at this specific BK ever again. This wasn't the first time this family has been there being loud but this time was the most obnoxious. Didn't even pretend to care. Laughed about it even when I looked over. Rude family! Staff shouldn't have private parties at work on the regular!

The service is great and the food is too every time I go there always smiling and very happy it's a nice experience coming here It's my favorite store to go to

Everytime we come they are closed inside and it's not clean they don't wear gloves!

Liliana and crew have messed up my order as well as a few of my neighbors orders on a number of times! It's a gamble but it's a restaurant who's food brand I have grown up on. She makes excuses, doesn't answer the phone or hangs up when she checks caller ID. Last year she wouldn't have the receipt machine print legibly just so a customer who experienced a problem wouldn't have proof! Why and how is this store in operation with a manager as inexperienced and unqualified as her! She's repeated my order over intercom but still got it wrong! Frustrating to use hard earned money to continuously get wrong orders and excuses! I've driven to other locations just for better service but how is that manageable during this worse time for struggling families!

Just shut this location down. Unprofessional. 30+ minute waits just for one meal. Dine In is always closed at dinner time. Uber orders are never ready. Short staffed my rear. McDonald's and in and out never have that problem. Embarrassing

Got me some breakfast with a coupon for $2.25 can't beat that. The cheesy melt is so good and coffee tasted fresh, I'll be going back soon for breakfast. Deals make the day.

So I had to say Thanks to Lilliana (I hope I spelled your name right) and her crew we received some delicious hot breakfast/brunch I had a hiccup with my order but she didn't mind making it right THEY are good examples of customer service and if this is how they fix breakfast I am EXCITED for Lunch AND dinner I recommend this place to as many people as possible our food was sealed I watched the execute the drive thru and properly sanitize and this is NOT A PAID PROMOTION OR REVIEW I WROTE THIS BECAUSE I WANTED TO. =)

People here were nice and the food was freshly made. Problem was the cleanliness of the whole joint. Every table had crumbs on it. EVERY TABLE. The bathroom had not one drop of soap in the dispenser. How the heck do they wash their hands after going? Too bad I didn't see that until after I ate.

Hoped after years of not going to a BK that it would be back to like it was years ago.

But NOPE still not good.

Well I will confirm that the hours on here that says is confirmed by Burger King isn't true. Just wasted gas to be turned away and ignored
