Burger King, Hereford TX

Very rude management staff. Will not honor prices listed on menu, says its not his problem.

We waited for 15 minutes to order inside and no one ever came to the counter to take our order nor did they even acknowledge us. They would you just stare at us as they were making food for the drive thru. They could have simply said we will be with you in a minute, but there was no common courtesy and it was completely unprofessional.

No one was there and still they made us pull forward at drive Tru, we waited 15 min for food and not a single car was there, worst service ever

Beverage machine in lobby was dirty and not working. Food all over the floor. And melt sandwich wasn’t toasted just cold white bread. Clerk had attitude (even though all I said was beverage machine wasn’t working. After he handed my cold sandwiches he said I need to leave because he was closing the lobby. I thought to myself I was leaving anyway don’t care what you do; purhaps he should jump on his rainbow colored unicorn and go home and finish his blunt for all I care. He was wearing a hoodie ; now to think about maybe he was there to rob the place. Certainly look like there was a fight in the kitchen!

I don't know what was wrong with the onion rings this visit usually it's quality food but this time the onion rings literally made me sick as a dog, caused a lot of rapid intestinal flushing

Went to Herefords Burger King today and this was my absolutely WORST experience I’ve had with Burger King! Bunch of kids just not doing anything just being lazy. Really slow service waited for our food over 30 min and had to go ask myself what was going on just to find out my food was ready and it was just sitting there. Instead of the workers letting us know the food was ready they were just standing there. When we received the food the fries were not fresh they were old. The workers really need to be trained right because they don’t know how to do things right. Also There was no manager present and I will NOT be going there anymore.

Went into hereford Burger King and the girls was on the phone and a older gentleman came in and they was visiting with him while still on the phone I will not be going back

Waited for 10 minutes before anyone took my order in drive up. 2 cars behind me left and order taker wouldn’t answer when I called out to him. There was one other car in front of me. Total process took about 25 minutes for 2 whooper meals. Horrible experience!

Never get my order right or even put my entire order in the bag in the many many times I've ordered there. So that is certainly something that needs to improve before I'll be going there again

Waited in drive through for them to take my order but after minutes of waiting I decided to drive forward because I assumed the mic was broke. I told the staff that there might be an issue to which an a frustrated employee said I just didn't wait long enough. Place wasn't that busy either.

This was the absolute WORST experience I've EVER had with Burger King. My double cheeseburger tasted like it had been sitting out all day then microwaved. It was cold throughout and tasted freezer burnt. Was terrible!

This restaurant is really slow on getting orders out. Be sure to check your drive-thru orders. They often forget to put all your items in your bags. We have had to go back several times for items that weren't put in our orders or were not made to order.

This is an absolute mess. The Burgers tasted like they where dumped in water, the sodas tasted like pure water, and the workers where very unkind

The charbroiler is always magically being fixed almost every day around 5-7 peak dinner rush shocker. If you do somehow find the charbroiler working please prepare for your food to be a combo action of the following: cold, wrong order, made wrong, sloppy mess, burned and disgusting, missing, and bonus watered down drinks. It's hard to believe the charbroiler is down when as I pulled up I saw two employees run back inside and got smacked in the face with weed smoke.keeping it classy.

The manager is very rude and unprofessional.we visited one night and we could hear her yelling at the staff. Calling them new hires etc. Rather than by their names. She shouted and hollered.while customers were in the building.very disrespectful to them and to those who were trying to enjoy a meal and had to endure the noise

Came to Burger King today the order went okay, until we got to the window my kids “then said can we get some tacos” I ordered the tacos the employee at the window yelled out the the cook “3 more tacos” on that order, I heard the cook reply “really why didn’t they order that at the speaker” I was surprised! I payed then waited, the employee then asked me to pull up the was no vehicle’s behind me, so I kinda stood there for a second he asked again then I was “like there is no vehicles behind me” he said it’s because the clocks going to be counting till you move up” I understand the the clock is running but they cheated the clock to thinking they got the order out fast not cool and still waited 10 minutes to get our order not being a Karen I mean the kid was not even in uniform

I just order 2burgers and 2 fries and drinks.the burgers were so cold and also the fries.the ham burger meat.was so dried and cold.

I absolutely love Burger king. They have the impossible vegan burger. Just make sure you get it with no mail. I love their salads. This is my go-to place if I need a vegan burger. I highly recommend it. Even if you're not vegan you can still try this. You will love it they have the buy one get one for a dollar. You can't beat that.

I went to Burger King here in Hereford earlier today. I got a two Whoppers, fries a sweet tea and their chetter bites. I get home and my chetter bites tasted like they were fried in dirt. Both of my burgers were cold and my so called sweet tea tasted old and was not sweet. I tried calling and their phone didn't work. So I asked my roommate if he could call and same thing. Phone never rang. I will sure be called the local health department in the morning. This is unexcepable in so many ways it's not even funny.
