Alright place used to worked there not very many people left from when I worked there employee's could have a better attitude along with their manager

Dear Burger King. Or Onwer of this one

What happened to the Burger king Culture? Man, I remember going and getting a meal.the customer service is ok.it can be better it's not bad but can be better. I remember your food had quality, the fries were on point spot on.best of the best. Your burger had no rivals you truly had the KING OF BURGER TITLE. It had to be when I was like 35 I am now 47. And today of all day year 2023 I had given up meat starting a plant base diet just until my birthday. But I went in with the highest of hopes wanting an impossible burger meal with large fries and onion rings. And let me tell you.the burger was ok.lacking the status KING of the burgers. It was ok at best. Now mind you it was my first time having an impossible burger so I kinda was expecting less but the quality of the build was not there I should have taken a picture next time I will.if I even attempt to go back.the lettuce was short the pickles were only two. Onion I don't remember if had any. Ketchup was there. I got home and add more of everything. But the fries and onions ring were the worst of my meal. Cold and tasted old if I had to guess yesterday's fries and just reheated.the same goes for the onion ring. Look I'm not writing to you to get anything of my money back not even trying to get a free meal. God no please don't think of that. There is no Consistency in quality no more. I would have paid a little more for a better burger meal at a five-star like at home than to receive a burger like that again. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble because this starts from the top and rolls downhill. But I'm sorry Burger KING. But today 1-10-23. I'm going to need that title taken away. Good luck to you sir because starting 2023 is looking like this. Wow. Good luck

Nothing to say really good place fast on the food no problems whatsoever.maybe only problem is 1 of the cashiers was just standing around.

Third's a strike. Very dry sausage patties, very little egg and didn't even come with bacon like I requested. Ordered two ultimate platters, french toast and only got one maple syrup. Was on a hurry and Only noticed when I got home.

Never again am I coming to this burger king! They were taking forever on taking our order and giving us our food. I was gonna ask for a cup holder and something else but they were taking for ever on helping me out so I just left instead and by the time I got home I noticed my bread burnt.

It's gone down dramatically over the last several months in every level. Customer service, taste, value, speed, and options. App never works. Staff rude and unprofessional. Never have items on the menu. Manager in evening or night shift was super not manager material. Drive thru always closed. Owner take a look closer at your store or DM.

Worst burgers
Impossible burger so plain and buns was burnt. Drinks were water down. The only enjoyable thing was their fries.

Placed order in drive-thru (PM), explained it twice to make sure I wouldn't get a wrong order. Paid for my meal did not get receipt at window. Checked my order it was wrong and I called asap twice no one answered.

I have been here a few times and Stephanie is always super friendly. She stands out as one of the reasons I visit! Other locations haven’t given me the service she has, and I appreciate how welcoming she is!

I came to eat here with my family & the cashier was disrespectful & walked away from us when we were about to order & rushed us when he finally came back to take our order. Very unprofessional & rude

The service was great but the employees have an attitude when you go in to correct what they messed up on. I got the 2 for 10 meals. I asked the cashier what was on the burgers n which she stated had onion bacon tomatos and cheese. Before I left the parking lot I had to go inside twice, first to get the correct amount of fries (I had ordered a large they gave me a small) 2nd time I went in was for my drinks I had ask for sweet teas they gave me unsweetened. When i got home my burgers had no bacon, I called and the manager there was arguing with me stating I was wrong about my order. When I asked the cashier what was on the burger she said bacon, but when i got home there was none. I will not being coming back here until they fix their attitude problems

I didn't even go here for my own order, I was picking up for Door Dash. Stood for 7 minutes at the front counter and wasn't even acknowledged, only one other couple in the lobby and 3 orders on their screens for the drive thru. Asked if I could know how much longer of a wait on the food I was picking up was, the worker (Jazmin) again didn't even look at me. After another minute, I said, "Hello? " She turned around finally amd asked what I needed. I repeated my question, including my aggravation of being ignored for so long. She turned away from me amd continued putting other orders in bags very slowly. After a few more minutes passed, I said, "Hello? " again. Another girl who appeared to be the shift leader possibly turned around and asked me, "What? " in a very snotty attitude. I again had said, "I just want to know how long it is going to be for [person]'s order, I keep asking and no one is even acknowledging me. " I got the snide response, "Well we are very busy right now ma'am, and we're only 3 people. " As she turned around and continued ignoring me. I unassigned the order, which affects my ratings and contract with Door Dash over this brat, who apparently thinks three cars in the drive thru deems it so out of control busy that you can't reply with "_ more minutes. " I understand there's a national staffing shortage currently, but for real? You couldn't take a few seconds to give me a three word answer? BEYOND disrespectful, and calling that terrible customer service is putting it nicely.

There as some of the best tasting burger la of all time! The combination of tasty high quality ingredients in the whopper makes this one of our favorite burgers of all! The taste of the grilled meat, the fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles, and the Mayo-like sauce is amazing! We love eating there often. I just wish that the coupons on the app were more available because me and my partner look at the offers. For example, my partner may have one offer available that I don’t or I have one that my partner doesn’t have available. When this happens we rather go somewhere else because we usually want to get the same things. Thank you for the high quality food!
