17Restaurant was dirty the cashier was told order twice and still rang it up incorrect. Also acted like she didn't care. Ice cream trash ketchup all over the place and no one cleaned it up the whole 45 minutes I was there.
Workers were friendly and efficient on the window but unfortunately my burger was missing the double cheese I payed for.
Poor service, and what with this stay at the first window or pull forward service. Fast food should be fast
Just tried the Eggnormous breakfast sausage burrito. It was very big and and delicious. Definitely recommend it if you are extra hungry.
I wish I could give a 0 stars because this store doesn't deserve 1 star. Twice I tried getting food from this place, both times I was ignored, nobody acknowledged me, not even a "I'll be right with you" nothing. I really don't know how this place is still open for business. Rest assured I will not return again.
I went through the window and I repeated my order 3 times to the boy and when he arrived to pay again I repeated my order 3 times, another boy came and told me not to yell at him because he had trouble understanding I told him not to yell at him, and I told him if he doesn't understand, put it in another area and the boy yelling at me told me if he doesn't like it, go to another Burger King I really took my card and left, they treated me as if I was the message at the window, I feel like they made fun of me and humiliated me
I have been reading a book of proper etiquette. So everything seems like it's a piece of s***. I had a good time at Burger King today thank you. Thank You
Food was ok was missing more condiments was very plain also drive through took a while when there wasn't customers
Very bad service, the person who is serving customers through the loudspeaker was rude and left me without my order, when I questioned why they could change the onion rings (since they didn't have them)
Is to bad they are not putting any effort to give good service and the food is worst I ask for a whopper impossible and it was cold i wander if the people know the what they doing and if they have a food hanler certification and if they know at what temperature the meat should cook. It the wort experience. I hope the ceo is look at this because you need to make changes like really bad because if you don't do noting I'm going to have call the city restaurant inspectors.
Unless you want the wrong order and have children run the resteraunt dont come here man this place is probably forgotten by the franchise considering they’re doing nothing to fix this place, this is why there parking lot only consists of the employees cars, terrible
Bad burger king. They take for ever on the orders and also the close the lobby before 9 pm or early, and the dpnt even have ice cream at that time when it says it closes at 12am
They should fire the manager
We dined in at the Burger king, when we entered the restaurant, it was empty and three workers and I believe one of them was the manager. Aside from the restaurant being empty they were listening to music, but music that was very inappropriate for a work place. When we ordered our food we always request no salt on the fries, we were told they cannot do this as the fries already come with salt, so I asked if they can refry them to get rid of the salt they said no. As they made the fries we saw them add the salt to the fries. Overall it was just wasn't a good experience, as they had an inappropriate work ethic. The only positive thing was they did speak to us with respect.
Walked in no people there but all the tables dirty could not sit anywhere. When at register the cashier just look at us and kept talking to another employee. She didn't come take our order til after I just stared at her. Fries are cold. It was horrible going there. Will never be back.
Place is empty. No customers here. I stood at the counter to order the cashier looked at me 3 times and continued to talk instead of taking order. Not until I gave an upset look at her did she come over. ALL THE TABLES ARE DIRTY. THE BATHROOM IS NASTY. BUR YET THE EMPLOYEES ARE TO BUSY TALKING
Manager should be let know. Using foul language and the food is horrible. Chicken fries are hard. Fries are cold. What is going on.
It took 15 minutes to take out our drive through order, the real problem was that all the burgers were made incorrectly. The ticket was printed and it clearly said all burgers were supposed to have bacon added and only one had it. Very frustrating to get home and we couldn't even enjoy our meal the way we wanted to, even after having me wait 15 minutes for it.
