Burger King, Kilgore TX

This was the worst I've ever had at any burger King.the food was terrible.my chocolate shakes were something of a nitemare then the one burger I ordered tasted like it was dog food.what the heck so gross I don't think I can ever eat at any burger King ever again unfortunately.

After this location changed their general manager, it hasn’t been what it used to be. Assistant manager was rude today and messed up my order. While I was in the back lobby, I overheard that same manager talking poorly about customers. So I gave this location a one star rating and went on my way.

I walked in figured since nobody was in there the wait would be small. I waited 5 minutes at least and nobody took my order. And just when I thought I was gonna be waited on the worker instead started doing other stuff. I mean are you kidding me? Here I am the only person there to be waited on and you are just gonna ignore me? I decided then that if you weren't going to take my order I will just take my business elsewhere. I will never go back to this restaurant ever again.

Haven't been to Burger King due to inferior fast food. Seems like it hasn't changed.today I ordered the Big K. I received a whopper jr.sized burger, cold dry and inferior lettuce. Bye BK!

I asked for 2 orders of chicken nuggets and a fry with barbecue and ranch sauce. Got to the window, and had to wait nearly 15 minutes for my order and then when I got home, I found they did not put any chicken nuggets at all in my bag, the fries were not even half full and there was a bunch of sauce. THAT'S ALL. I could MAYBE understand if they were super busy and short handed, but I was the ONLY CAR THERE. This is not the first time either. My family will no longer go there anymore. Ever. There is no excuse for this several times now. So disappointed.

So, past few years this particular BK been a complete and total disappointment, however, July 28/22 my meal was like in the picture and tasted absolutely amazing, big shout out to the crew that made it, all of my and my friends meals came out the best iver ever had in 15 years of eating the franchise. Good job guys!

We are brand new to eating at Burger King. That Stacker, King Burger is yummy! If you haven't had one your missing the good stuff!

Ordered the spicy chi-king sandwich and I’m not impressed. They sloppily made the sandwich and forgot my pickles. The bread has a cut on it and it’s stale as if it sat out all night. Won’t be going there again

Heard someone was rear ended in there drive through and they couldn't even provide video for the victim. Wouldn't ever bring my kids here.

Went through the drive the and sat there with no response after a few minutes we finally said hi and the lady was very curt and she forgot our order when we pulled up we had to give them our order a second time and waited 10 minutes for our card back finally pulled up to get our food only to get no drinks (which we told them sweet tea and coke both large) and all of our sandwiches were wrong and cold and the lady damn near threw the food at us through the window overall i won't be back I'd rather pay a little extra and go to dq

Went to burgerking today to pick up online order 6/17/21 about 3: 00pm with impossible whopper and fries. Service was good.the ladies were fast and friendly, and my order was fresh, hot, and accurate. Thanks ladies!

Staff was friendly. Restaurant was VERY clean. My Whopper was hot and juicy and my order came up in about 4 or 5 minutes. I was very happy.

So I am from Dallas and visit this place every time I go to kilgire and every time their service has been awesome. Super nice people when I go through. Love coming here.

Oh snap! Look out Popeyes! There's a new chikken sammich in town! The ch'king is really really good! Go get one.

I stopped by Burger King tonight in Kilgore TX and ordered a chicken sandwich, fries and coke. The fries were cold and salty. The chicken taste like it was cooked in fish oil. It did not taste fresh. I'm highly disappointed and I will not eat there again. I called on my way home to tell them about the fries and she said "Yes ma'am". I appreciate the respect but she should have given the phone to the manager.

Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, this is a nice, clean place to stop. We sat down inside this time. Every one who comes through the door is greeted, "Hi! Welcome to Burger King! " All of the employees were kind and very helpful. They didn't mind helping us make some changes to the food we ordered. It was extremely clean, I can't say that enough. Great seating as well. We enjoyed watching tv while eating. Stop by and you'll see what I'm talking about!
