They don’t even deserve the 1 star, this place is a joke they inflated prices and then when I got my food it wasn’t even the right order. I tried calling them to get it taken care of and they must have there phone off the hook cause it says it’s busy right away. If you go here you’ll be completely disappointed and throwing your money away, I’ll be contacting Burger King corporate office and reporting to them as well.
This is a Burger King that belongs in the ghetto. The menu is so disgustingly dirty that you lose any desire to eat from there and its the drive thru menu! I didn't order I just drove on by.
Cold, old, crunchy food was handed to me after I had to pull out in front to wait for the meal.
Half of the order was entirely missing. Always check the quality and quantity before you leave, I get it but this was horrible.
I ordered the 2 for 6 two whoppers and we asked on one of them to have no onions and no tomatoes and the other one no tomatoes but both burgers where plan and the buns where Burt and the meat was still pink and one of the wrapping in the burger had ashes I don’t know where from but iam every angry and I got the 8 piece nuggets and they where cold my ride had already dropped me off and couldn’t take me back I tried to call for a refund but the phone was disconnected I want my money back
Horrible food the burgers look like they have been burnt by the Sun or radiation and they only have two employees one in the Drive-Thru one cooking it takes 45 minutes to get to where you pay then another 15 or 20 minutes to get your food and when you get it it's cold and nasty not going to go to Burger King ever again
Paid $13.99 for the bacon king meal through doordash, got a burger with a single patty NO bacon, and they gave two fries instead.
Went there a couple of times the las few weeks & they couldn't take any orders because their system was updating and they wouldn't take any orders around 2: 00 pm.
Can't call them. Busy tone. Order two whopper meals only received one whopper. Asked for no onions on them. The one burger they gave me had onions. Asked for a spicy chicken sandwich got two fried sandwiches. The spicy one was soaked in oil. Ordered chicken nuggets for my nephew. They gave him spicy nuggets. She also gave us no receipts. Very sad horrible service. Their vent was smoking you can smell burnt oil outside. The food tasted exactly like the smell from their exhaust. Rancid old oil. That's how everything tasted. My sister got food poisoning. I had to take a shot of ACV to settle my tummy.
Asked what the price of something was she just shrugged her shoulders did not want to help in anyway.
I had recently given this store five stars. I returned today. Sadly did not receive the same customer service or hot fresh food. I waited about 45 minutes for my order. When the young man came out I began to complain. But he said sir I'm so very sorry it is just me and and another worker inside the 3: 00 manager did not show up and my "NEW" GM went home to rest so there is no manager in the store at all we're doing the very best we can. I quickly apologize to him someone needs to know what is going on. I hope someone can help these poor people out.
Theres one employee thats actually nice. The other employees have bad attitudes. Had to wait 15 minutes for fries when I was told it would only be about 3. Dont ever bother asking for any sort of sauce. The last 2 times i went and asked for sauce for my nuggets I didnt get it at all. Today I asked for Ranch and got BBQ. It wasnt busy at all either. They act like the mayo comes out of their salary or they have to put it on with a tea spoon. Its so dry. I dont like coming here but sometimes its the only choice. Im so over it.
This location needs to shut down or they need better employees they were very horrible and rude today. The one at the drive thru gave an attitude like why work if they’re gonna be angry and not gonna let me finish my order. He didn’t bother asking what I wanted to drink and when I pulled up to the window not only did I get a drink I didn’t even ask for but also they made me wait even longer and the two cars behind me who had bigger orders than me got theirs first. Just a bunch of ridiculous workers. Never coming here again.
This is seriously the worst Burger King location in San Antonio. I went there a few months ago and was told they had no hamburger meat just chicken fries. I took that as a one off bad management decision until I went tonight and was told they had no cheese. What kind of burger place has no hamburger meat or cheese? Save your money or hit up the whataburger across the street. This place is badly managed and who knows what they do to the food before it gets to us.
Property was dirty. At about 0710 on 11 Sep 21. I went to the drive thru. Lady took my order at the speaker then didn’t answer when I asked if I could pull up to the window. I pulled up to the window and sat there for 15 minutes. No one came or even acknowledged my presence. I finally just drove to Whataburger
The food was absolutely perfect after a bad experience at the Burger King on Walzem Burger King on 4618 Rittiman Rd made it my favorite spot Thank You so much I will definitely be back there real soon
Just left this location. It needs new management and corporate really needs a pay attention to it. The girl at the window has a very bad attitude!
This is one of the Burger King's that they should actually shut down. Pretty much most of all of them are a 3. But this one always has problems. They're always running out of something or they don't have something or the employees just don't want to work. Even if you mobile order from here there is always a problem. I strongly suggest that Burger King get involved because otherwise they just need to shut this place down.
They didn't have the breakfast menu up at all. They didn't have biscuits or cheesy tots. It was like they only sold what was. Easy for them to do.
