Burger King, New Braunfels TX

This location is usually busy during lunch time and there are only 2 employees that are TROOPERS! The big, scruffy guy taking the orders and running the drive-thru is a CHAMP! As I ate lunch in the lobby, I sat and just watched as he kept his composure through all the needs of his customers. The guy cooking was cranking out orders left and right and HE WAS MOVING! Again, these guys are champs! We need to remember that these are the people feeding us during our lunch break and THEY ARE MAKING IT HAPPEN EVEN BEING SHORT HANDED! The food was great, the place was clean, and the service was even better. It has been quite sometime since I have TRULY seen customer service. Good job BK! Keep these guys happy, they are royal companions!

Seems like they are always out of something. A few weeks ago they had no mayonnaise. This weekend it took a while for anyone to even acknowledge us and the family in front of us standing in line to order. Once we ordered they let us know that they had no tomatoes. Walked over to the soda fountain and almost everything listed had an out of order sign. Got our order and it was wrong and fries were barely done. Today we drove up to the drive thru and there was paper covering up several items on the board so we drove away.

Food is great, but they always get orders wrong.went back to get the right order and they gave us the wrong food again.rather disappointing since we literally went back to get the right one and they Still messed it up despite us being very clear.

Food was tasty, though I wished they had better meat options for breakfast (either, turkey or plant-based products. I'll give it another shot in a couple of days

I'm not the one to complain, but I stood there today, only one at the counter and watched as a lovely family of four entered this store. Grandma in tow. Two kids had BK paper hats on in seconds as I waved them on up to the counter. I had already been waiting a while. Finally someone comes to the front, but turns their back on the family for many minutes before finally half-turning towards them, waiving as though to say "hold on a sec". Then back to managing food items. Back turned. He then went to the drive in window, and after perhaps a fill minute, returned to managing food items being completed by others further in the food prep areas.

The entire family, quietly and serenely marched out the store with Grandma in tow. Only then did the worker turn to realize they had left.

I still waited. On one single item. A simple item.

I am beginning to see this a lot with BK. The very day before (yesterday), I had a similar wait on Randolph Air Force Base BK. I was about two persons from the counter and gave up. Simply, slow with customers who come "in" to dine versus drive-thru.

I darted out to my vehicle, swung into the drive thru and ordered my two simple cheeseburgers just as the fellow who was in line in front of me was getting to the counter! Yes, you can see the counter from the drive thru there, if you're familiar with that location).

I don't know, BK. I'm concerned. These don't feel like "one-offs". I've been eating BK for over 50 years now. Something isn't right.

And I'll bet ya a Whopper that those two young kids WILL remember the morning they had to remove those BK crowns, mount up with Grandma and go elsewhere. You kinda carry stuff like that.

You need to fix your dine-in vs drive thru delay disparity. I'm not certain I want to get put thru that experience even one more time. Two days in a row? Cmon.

One Star across the board. Why? After what I witnessed and experienced today, nothing seemed quite right. Not the Food nor Atmosphere. This Review is for the family of five, as well.

No service. Drive thu guy left me waiting for 20 min. Did online order to get my food. Still waited another 20 min.

The parkinglot is dark, the location is hard to get to if you're not on its side of the road, the food is ridiculously expensive- I could've gotten two medium sized Whataburger meals for like $5 more- and the food was cold, I was informed their ice cream machine had been down for SIX months, and the employees didn't care about any type of customer service. How do you have a machine down for six months and leave those items up on your menu? I'd be embarrassed having to tell customers a machine at my place of business had been broken for six months.

Delicious hot food. They forgot some thing in my burger so I had to go back in. Luckily I was going to eat it in the parking lot.lol!

This is what you can expect ordering from there at night. I wouldn't feed this to my dog.

Michael was great! It seemed as though they were short staffed but who isn't theses days. Nevertheless his customer service was great! He made our dine in choice worth while. The five stars are for Michael covering multiple positions, delivering excellent customer service and having a very positive attitude. That you Michael for taking care of my family!

It's been awhile since I've been to a Burger King and first time to visit this location. I had a great experience. The burger was perfect. I loved every bite! The location was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful and prompt. If recommend this location for a delicious quick meal.

This Burger King location is absolutely ridiculous. I set under the canopy at the speaker location to place an order for over 7 minutes and no one helped me during that time…It was crazy! DONT GO to this one if you have plans the Rest of the day

I went thru the drive thru. Ordered two croissants with bacon and egg no cheese, I double checked with drive thru lady and asked again, no cheese right she said no cheese, went home ate one, left the other for todays breakfast, opened it up: it’s egg sausage cheese on a hamburger bun, I ordered two of the same breakfast sandwich. Why is this one different, I can’t eat cheese that’s why I always ask twice, so it’s in the garbage, thanks to the person who made them and told the lady in drive thru, no cheese, he lied and made two different sandwiches and never said anything. A very simple order and it’s wrong, so mad, thanks for my no breakfast today and wasting my money. Disappointed

Very disappointed in my experience today. No cars in front of me waited for a long time for food and didn’t not receive all food. This is frustrating because this isn’t the first time it’s happened. I will not be coming here for food anymore after spending $34 and receiving about $20 worth of food. Also getting in the drive through and out is a huge pain.

Cashier was rude when trying to order soda was flat no carbonation not a good experience will not return to this location.

If you like Burger King you would like this location. The fries were actually better than normal. Absolutely awesome manager! The man is doing everything he can to keep the place flowing and afloat by maintaining indoor dining.

This location has been pretty rough to go to the last few years.haven't been since last summer and came out a few nights ago.so surprised everything was hot and fresh.hopefully it stays that way.we will come more often.

Whoppers were tasty with all the veggies included. Fries were hot and the sodas ice cold, what more could you ask for! Friendly staff.

I went to the drive-thru at this location to get a $50 gift card and I was told by a manager named Travis, that he wouldn't do it and I had to come inside. I explained that I have done it at other locations before with no problems, I am disabled and that's why I have handicap license plates (it's hard for me to walk) and Covid is bad, but he still wouldn't do it. I will never go to Burger King again because of this. I am also sending corporate an email about it.
