Burger King, San Antonio TX

So this Burger King is just terrible. The customer service is terrible and it's dirty and on top of that they closed their playground for my kids. For what reason. Y have a playground when u won't let anyone use it. I hope they close this location down. This place is a dumpster fire.

It's okay the food is hit or miss but what do you expect for six bucks the service is decent the restaurant is falling apart though

Should be called Getto king. I tried to walk in at 430 pm and behold, drive though only, the workers there (kids) are sitting down on their phones, laughing, so I went through drive thru and this young girl charged me $32 something for 2 meals that were 9.98 each, now, I know even a 5th grader can do the math. She then tells me it’s cuz I upsized 1 and added cheese. Lol! Wow I believe they charged me almost 11 dollars for that. I asked why it’s so much and she says it what her screen says. Poor girl, that’s what happens when you drop out of school.
I then took to the Burger King on Goliad rd and guess what? It cost me $23.00 for same meals at that Burger King. And this is cuz I never go to Burger King, and the first time I do! Never again, bad management! Food ain’t all that, McDonald is way better!

Awful customer service manager comes at people with nives to get them off the property lmao. Can't even defend themselves without a weapon.

We ordered two 4 piece cheese sticks, one 8 piece chicken nuggets and a small fry. The cheese sticks were old tasting and stiff. Everything else tasted like it was cooked in old grease.

We won't visit this location again.

This place has a playground for children to play and tables to eat at. An they have the inside locked up. Not satisfied.

This Burger King is a very convenient and clean location to stop and either dine inside or use the drive through. The service is good, the employees are cool and professional, and it didn't take to long to get our meals.

Service was terrible! I went through the drive through which took forever for them to even take my order. They was not busy at the time i was there, no excuses as why it took so long. I was waiting at the speaker to give my order at least 20 minutes before they finally took the order. At first they said they would be with me shortly. After a few minutes a guy asked for my order but he argued about a coupon I had, the order was not finished so I waited about 13-15 more minutes before they took my order. When I pulled up to pay it too another 7-10 minutes before I received my food.
I will never go to this Burger King again!

They have bad service. They act like they had so many orders to do when I went there no one was inside and they had nobody in drive thru. The lady who took our order was so rude! When my husband was getting the money to give to her, she was giving attitude so bad they need better people working there!

We had a really good experience at the burger kind! The staff was friendly and the food was amazing! My family and I had a really good experience when we dined in!

The fuod is ok my thing is the management there sux the one manager names Jeremy stole a phone opened it up linked his Gmail to that phones cash app and entered that employees pay card to get that certain employees check he deserves to be in jail

Almost every empty booth /table had trash on them the restaurant was dirty, the RUDE manager with curly hair there she must be miserable it seemed even the employee at the front register was embarrassed of the managers behavior. The nuggets were cold and hard tasted stale. 2 thumbs down

I was a fan of Burger King since todAy I’m disappointed I ask for a2for 5 and they told me they don’t have the special don’t have it nationwide I know is just one customer bu k was a customer all my life but not anymore

Customer Service at its finest! Not very often can i say this at a fast food establishment. Jeremy went above and beyond to take care of me and my wife. This guy deserves a raise and some recognition, and this is coming from a business owner who is very picky and not easily inpressed.

I liked the fact that no one was there. We dined alone with no worries or fears of catching Covid. Food was good. Play place was closed. No self service ketchup. I had to ask for ketchup. No salt pepper or napkins readily available either. Bathrooms were closed. If you really want BK, get drive thru.

Have always liked the flame burgers at Burger King. They offer numerous meal coupons which my wife and I take advantage of. You can't beat the price for what you get.

Great food, nice staff. Tried the spicy chicken sandwich. Was impressed.large chunk of chicken. Fairly spicy, and very bold flavor. Just have some napkins handy, you will get a little messy. But worth it in my mind. OL
