Burger King, League City TX

It's a Burger King, much like any other. Dine-in service, mostly back to normal after COVID.

It was clean and the cashier was nice, but our order came out wrong. We were already home when we realized it. We were too hungry and tired to go back to have correct it.

Previous customer before me had been waiting for some time while he and I watched several employees standing around having conversations. Management was in the rear gossiping while customers were standing in the lobby. Once previous customer had got the attention of the GM she seemed disrupted that the customer was complaining about standing for to long and was very rude to the customer. This place will NEVER upgrade nor hire anyone outside of Hispanic.

Rude and slow service. Order was wrong and now they’re trying to pass along small whopper jrs and full size whoppers. Sad.

Food cold, no flavor, fries not fresh, no salt on fries, burger cold I’ve never been to a Burger King that has no flavor until I went here

Food was good. Was loud - television and air conditioner and kitchen - noise. Friendly staff.

No Senior discount at this location!
Mgr.stated, this franchise store don’t offer the flat 10% discount.
Have to order alacart to get a drink discount only. No meal deals!

First car at window, took forever. Then when I checked my bag they had gotten my order wrong. The food didn't taste fresh. All around horrible experience. Hate to leave a bad review, but hoping they get their act together soon

The kids that work here just can't seem to get it right. Order is always incorrect and I have to repeat myself multiple times and how hard is it to include condiments or ask? Is anyone else tired of this younger generation and their poor work ethic? I AM!

Ordered a breakfast bacon king with sausage. They put syrup on it. It doesn't come with syrup. These people dont know what they are doing.

Always heard 3rd time is a charm, not with this place, just picked up 2 whoppers after 1st bite in the trash they went. It takes talent to screw up a hamburger.

I love their breakfast croissants, and everyone is always nice. I only did 4 stars tho because I got diet coke instead of regular, which was disappointing.

Very bad service, the truth is, the manager called Lorena, the service is very bad, one gets to buy, do not ask for a gift, or I'm wrong

Very poor service. I ordered a whopper combo n a chicken combo 2 for 10 with 10 pc chicken nuggets. They served me cold food first of all n then they forgot to put chicken nuggets in my food bag I didn't check it over there. I should check because it happened to me 2nd time. 6 months ago they forgot to put fries in my order. It's very annoying. My kids were hungry then I have to run over again to get chicken nuggets. The manager smiled at me n hand me over chicken nuggets. He was not embarrassed at all. He didn't even offer me any thing else like extra fries or nuggets because it was their fault but no extra offer or food. Pathetic experience bad place to come

My visa debit card was declined due to fraud protection shutting my card down without notification. I had already ordered and received my food…a kind employee paid for my food for me. I was very embarrassed because I couldn’t contact my bank at the late hour to settle the problem.
There aren’t many kind people working customer service these days so I was extremely thankful.

I would say this place is above average when it comes to food handling presentation delivery so on and so forth the french fries are very crispy very fresh the burger was great not completely stacked correctly a little off to the side but that’s OK it could’ve been worse the guys there always asked for condiments if I needed any

Wow. Just wow. Asked for a milkshake. Kid tells me, "we don't have shakes. "
Um, your sign says you do. Is you machine broken? He then says "no, we don't have shakes or ice cream. "
"Ok, but your sign says you do".
He says, "what don't you understand. We are out. "
WELL, that would have been the preferred way to have started this whole conversation. But to be rude, nope, we'll just leave and give our money to Jack-in-the- Box instead.

They allow employees to work and handle orders and food while obviously high on drugs. Our order was completely wrong, and we had to repeat simple specifications for one order multiple times slowly. The food was cold as well, and we were given the wrong drinks.

The Dr. Pepper and Coke have very little syrup and a lot of carb.water. They were not good. Fish sandwiches were soggy.
