Burger King, Manvel TX

For my taste, Burger King consistently puts way too much condiment (mayo/mustard) on their burgers and it's a total turn off for me. To the point it drips out, bun gets soggy and burger slides around while holding it.

Waited 20 minutes for food through the drive through before we had to hop the curb and drive off.never go here for "fast" food

Ordered online for the drive thru
We had 4 cars in front of us and we've been in line waiting for 15 minutes and another 10 to get our order. We only had a few kids meals and 2 burgers.
This is ridiculous.
Very slow service. So disappointing to have to wait. I will not be back at this location.
Where is the management?

Worst costumer service ever in the drive thru area, with the attitude you received your appetite goes away. Thanks for ruining a good Saturday night. Negative Starts for whoever the lady name was.

We went through the drive thru around 2: 30pm. We waited over 25 minutes to get our food. Our hamburgers were for two 4 year olds. They were so nasty. They were covered in mustard on the top of the bun and even the wrapper was disgusting. I added a picture of the second one we opened. This one was better than the 1st.

I was just at this location and the drive thru line did not move at all lol. I ordered at 3: 30pm and did not get my order till 4: 00pm. When I asked for a complimentary water the manager Connie or Corie told me it's 54 cent. Lol. No customer service at all

Ordered food was read back correctly but my drink wasn't large as requested and they didn't get my spicy chicken fries

Customer service is aweful. Seems like everyone is new. Guess they can’t keep employees. They were messing up orders constantly. On top of that my order took 40 minutes to be made. By the time I got it the food was cold. Also the lobby and restrooms were filthy. I will never eat at this location again. I spoke with the manager about how disappointed I was with the service and was informed they didn’t do refunds only store credit! Why would I want to even go back. Best believe I am going to use the credit at a different location. I can’t believe they are still open. Corporate needs to do something about all these issues. I used to love Burger King. Not so much anymore.

Went in with an order for my family
Wanted 6 whopper meals
And before I can order from the employee that asked me for help
This other employee asked if I was paying cash or card. I said cash
She said their only excepting card no cash. I was confused, so I began to leave. The person in charge was in the office and heard what was going on and allowed the employee to tell me only card. So I left and the employee followed me to outside and said "if you want to pay cash you can go to drive thru. Manager did not get up and even try to help me!
Ridiculous!
I went across the street to JACK IN THE BOX! THEY GLADLY TOOK MY CASH! I WILL NOT BE GOING TO BURGERKING EVER, MUCH LESS THE ONE ON HWY 6 AND 288 IN MANVEL. WOULD GO THERE OFTEN, NOT NO MORE.
TAKE MY MONEY/CASH ELSEWHERE!

Your typical Burger King restaurant. Nothing extraordinary regarding this location other than convenience.

This Burger King is horrible I've been here last night March 15th around 11: 23 p.m. I have videos where I walk inside no one was in there I also have videos when you hear me blowing car horn because they're back that talkin with the dumpster at and I know they hear me and I also have a video with customer sitting there waiting while they're back there in the dumpster talkin I don't know who was on this shift. The manager, please pull the schedule 11: 23 p.m. March 15th horrible service

They messed up my order, and I didn't see it till I got home. I called just to let them know, and they just hung up and did not answer my call when I'm calling back

We dropped by in this location for rush dinner; Nicole who took our order is nice & prompt. It’s nice to have new branch of BK in this place we’ll come back.

Came in to buy food for the family. They were obviously working short but still i was in and out in less than 10mins. Leslie was very respectful and understanding. A breath of fresh air compared to other BK locations.

For being a fast food restaurant they take too long for two meals plus the waiting time the order was wrong,

Slowest and dumbest employees to ever be employed, they made every drive through order behind us and didn't even start making ours until about 15 minutes after we paid

I’ve been here a couple of times. But tonight was the first time putting in a online order around 10pm.when I arrived no one answered the drive thru speaker, I waited for about 10 minutes before driving around the store. Then when I got back in line and got to the speaker they said they didn’t have my online order. Lessoned learned, don’t trust this location. I will be back the next day for a refund
