Angel is extremely rude. Very impatient, unwelcoming, unpleasant. The fact that he is a shift manager says a lot about this location. Not the service I’m used to receiving at Burgerking.

You got the order exactly right. We had it our way. Boom! Impossible whoppers for the win.

Order the new American chicken sandwich and it seem like they didn't know that existed on their menu when I order it. Apparently I was right just wasted money to get some other chicken sandwich. Maybe the cook staff should know what they have on their menu and know how to make it!

Carry out order was wrong and was overcharged for what I received. They will not answer their phone to remedy this situation. After reading their reviews, I see this is very common at this store. It’s a shame that one store’s failure will cost every store my business. If your employees can’t read what was ordered correctly then it is a reflection of management. I left a message with my contact information so we will see if they even care to resolve this. I will visit them again when I’m in the area to get a refund or compensated for their mistake of the overcharge.

1st time ordering from this location ordered online French fries were piping hot Burger was fresh and hot and it had salt and peper very satisfied took 1 star out for the coke not so great

Horrible drive thru service. The lady wanted to argue and act a smart a$$ the entire time. Better off spending money somewhere else.

Need to wipe down tables n sweep n mop floors, sticky n squeek n replace chairs instead of putting a splint on the leg n having it collapse on a senior

Ordered delivery, food never arrived, calles to the store are not answered, reports in app unanswered, i just want my money back

The food was good, but the service was lacking. Waited in line for about 35-40 minutes. Will not be back for a while. Alot of worker, but extremely slow service.

My experience here was really good. It was early morning so your milage may vary. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and freshly remodeled. I would definitely recommend.

If you like dry, luke warm beef patties sitting in a lazy drawer and the buns are hotter than the patty then you've found your spot. Dont try asking for a freshly made patty because they will tell you "Its lunchtime and everything is hot and fresh". Luke warm lies. No need to worry tho because I called my bank and filed a claim to reverse payment. No arguing required

Hi,
I ordered the 2 chicken sandwiches with 2 Fries and drink. Also a cheese burger ****all the way***.

Then when I begin eating the cheeseburger I notice only pickles are on it. So I go ask the lady why didn't I get everything on the cheeseburger. She replied you can have tomato and lettuce for $. 50 cents.

In my opinion when I order a burger "all the way" that means with everything on it. (Like a whopper Jr) (the cashier should of asked me then, what I meant by "all the way" and tell me the extra cost.then.

The Woman said sure I will do it for $. 50 cents.where is good customer service these days.customer is always right.no courtesy.no class.

Always gets my order wrong. Even when I let them ask me the questions based on the screen they are reading they still get it wrong. How many times does a person have to say no mayonnaise please? Learn to listen instead of following a screen. Use your darn earballs!

Love the reasonably priced and delicious food. Service has always been good and dining room is always open. Sometimes the tables need a wipe down before sitting down to eat but that won't stop me from coming back.
