5Dine in wasn’t open even if it was 7: 37. Employees refused to acknowledge me at the doors and at the drive thru window. All I Wanted was a small breakfast to get through the day.
The person at the drive through got the order wrong, kept saying the order wrong when repeating back to me, as I am partially deff my self and looking to my wife for ansers for what the person is saying as I was having a major issue understanding the man, if he can not do the job he should not be taking orders.no ketchup or straws for the drinks.
Drive thru too 20 min and therecwas only 1 car in front of me, this BK is always like this hate going there.
Well, when I walked in the desk crew was having a conflict with the customer ahead of me. Neither here nor there. They were trying to get his order out quickly and move on, and he was a peculiar customer.
So I waited my turn.
From order to eating, the food was out quick. Good on that point.
The Whopper was fresh and real good. (I forgot to ask for no ketchup on the burger, that is my fault.)
My down marks for the food were dry unpleasant fries and the ketchup from the dispenser.
The dispenser had a drip cup under it and was not clean. I think this might be a case where they think the ketchup with water because it did not act right or taste right at room temperature. Or it was a different form of ketchup I am not familiar with.
If you are wondering, yes I am that weirdo who wants a burger with out the red stuff and fries with it.
I have gotten several meals here that were fine and heading out 62-180 for work this is a great breakfast stop, today was a weird experience.
My son and I ordered the bacon king at burger king. I was very disappointed because well no bacon was in there.take a look.and to tyop it off the girl at the drive thru wss rude.
