11Horrible employees! Don't give this location any business! Employees are rude and liars! The lobby just closed and our truck can't fit in the drive thru so they told us we could walk up at the drive thru. We got in line and then an employee came our yelling that we can't walk up. We told her the employees inside said we can and she then pretended to check with a manager and promptly said we can't. She was nasty and I told her so. She lost our business and the business of anyone I can tell! I will be calling corporate!
The service gets worse and worse. No “hello”, no “thank you”, no “your welcome”. And on top of that my order is wrong. So disappointed
Service was great the girl last night greated me in drive thru even mad eme laugh when I went to the window I was nicely spoken to my order was repeated to me and there energy and all was nice I enioymy Service and will be back thanks for the good experience Taylor and Dakota I will be back
First charged us too much.then when we got food, all was cold.the hamburger and the onion rings and the fries.school cafeteria food is hotter then this place, and I should know I work at a school.my husband says we won't be back to this burger king

Burgers and fries are always good from here, day and night. Corrine is very friendly and welcoming every time I interact with her. I think the workers in background of drive thru laughed at my odd request because I could hear them through the speaker, I don’t mind but they should be mindful.
Terrible customer service. Run by minors and youth. IT shows.ordered through drive-thru and received COMPLETELY different order. Even after being polite enough. I noticed I was charged for wrong item on order as well and still received that wrong menu item. I grew agitated. Not to mention, I had a window slammed in my face. Dealt with bad attitudes, sarcasm and plenty of immature gestures. I asked for the corporate office’s number from shift lead/ and or manager and was given a contact that was out of service; I will not be visiting this location ever again. And from what I could see from my vehicle the kitchen was Filthy. But it doesn’t end there, my food was stone cold and fries were doused in salt. The fries resembled a churro. Not Happy AT ALL. Something needs to be done there at that establishment.
Manager says they really don't care about online orders. Ordered through the app for the drive thru, after getting to the window, staff asked us to pull forward, watched 2 cars come through behind us, get parked, but they eventually get food, had a 3rd car get parked behind us, waited a while longer only to have an employee come out and ask what we had ordered, I advised them we had an online order from over 40 minutes ago they said ok proceeded to ask the car behind us what they had ordered went back in and got the order for the now 3rd customer to come from behind be served, sat through another car being served before going to the door to see what the heck was going on only to be told by the manager that they don't really care about online orders, they then proceeded to give us half cooked burgers and didn't even include the entire order. Over an hour from the time our order was placed until we somewhat received our food. 2 burgers (melts), 1 order of 4 nuggets, 1 fry, 1 onion ring, not a large or complicated order. Literally watched 2 employees do nothing but flip their hair and prance around the whole time we sat there, so no 1 employee running the whole show situation.
Worst experience went to get food and the cashier had bad attitude and didn't speak at all rude service
Dident go in.was asked what minus sauce I wanted and didn't get it. Made us wait 20 or so mins
Large fry was half way filled up. Burger was not even warm. Food was out in 2 minutes fire the people who don’t wanna take time to even make sure their job is done right
