Burger King, Houston TX

Was only allowed to use one coupon at the drive through. Having a framily of seven and living on a budget, sometimes we depend on coupons. Had to drive around several times just to get everyone's order and be able to use the coupons needed. Such an inconvenience especially when you have toddlers in the vehicle waiting for their food.

I was nice I was kind I just wanted a fresh patty. Did I get it. HECK NOOOO! Geez! How hard is it to throw a fresh patty on the grill!? Asked for extra pickles, did I get it? NOPE! 2 pickle max, so I guess it really isn’t have it your way! Might as well not even TRY!

If serving customers isn’t your first priority why work here? These companies depend on you as a work to follow instructions, directions, & actually do your job! $5 Jr burger I could’ve went and got hamburger meat and made it myself. Rather than take a freaking cold premade already cooked patty! I wish these people who cook and service would just take 5 seconds and say, WOULD I EAT THIS? If not don’t serve it! It’s that simple!

I’m more mad I wasted gas coming to this location expecting a decent meal and was YET AGAIN HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Smells like burgers but trust me ain’t none being cooked to be served for today!

I actually just stopped a lady going in. Ma’am don’t even waste your money. Patties are cold and fries are undercooked.

Food was delicious, but the cashier at the lobby had a very arrogant, prepotent attitude
It was a hispanic lady with black curly hair

The people there will not give you the number of the person in charge.
Will not give you a refund for the food you did not receive.

I came to this location to buy lunch, at 9 am and they did not want to sell me lunch, yes in all locations they sell me; very unhappy with the place

Terrible they couldn’t make anything but nuggets apparently Burger King? Not even a burger prince person couldn’t hear me after I repeated myself 5 times too

Most of the time their food is good and made to what I ordered, but sometimes they do mess up the order or take too long at the drive-through.

I got the most crusty old chicken nuggets. Not warm at all. These looked like they have been out all day. Totally wasted my time and money.

The food was cold. They did not give me the sauce for the nuggets. The nuggets were slightly burnt and old. The burger was cold. When I went to do the survey the store number was cut off on the receipt. I called to obtain it and they never answered

The lady working the window Friday January 20th at 6: 33 AM was extremely rude and disrespectful. I called the store to let them know they had given us the wrong food and requested a reimbursement. I let her know I have the receipt and the receipt details she told me to come up there. I told her that I couldn’t that I am working and will not get out until later this evening, she said no you come up here I explained that I couldn’t come up there and she followed with. I need to come up there today. It is not possible, and it is not my fault the food order was given to me incorrectly. She proceeded to ask me for my name I gave it to her she hung up on me. I tried to call back and she answered and hung up on me without saying anything. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have picture proof. I also have receipt proof on what I ordered and what was given. There is no reason a refund could not be issued with that information. I do not want a replacement meal I want to refund.
