Staff was nice. I will say I'm pleasantly surprised with how good the beyond whopper is.

Horrible customer service. Health violations all over-old fries, old meat, dirty store. Employees are on their phones while making sandwiches and not changing their gloves.

So do the employees not wear hats or hair nets ik the ladies up front are front counter workers but you guys handle the fries at least wear gloves or put on a hair net yall handle the food anyways so yall need to have these things

Food is above average, service is terrible and super slow even though it was not busy! Location has mold on the ceiling and seems that corporate stopped touring their locations, simply they stopped caring!

The store was closed 1 hour early. The lady who said she was the manager was rude. Corporate needs to talk to her.

Not the best place they stay in the back and watch you on camera you can hear em laugh about it

Ugly service, I didn't like the hours because they lie to people and say they close at 10pm when they close at 8: 50pm, how ugly I won't be back.

After spending $20plus for the food. When I ask for zasty sauce they charged me. 25cents. It's a shame that they don't have a simple courtesy. Next time I rather give my business to someone else.

The lady that took my order had a great attitude and very approachable demeanor. When I requested for cheese she took care of my concern swiftly. Overall very professional.

The lady doesn’t understand English, made wrong item, printed receipt survey code faded intentionally, purchased from drive through, couldn’t go back.

I had an Uber eats order around 11-11: 20 PM on a Friday night, I get there and waited 10 minutes, blowing my horn and calling the store. The ignorant employees on the inside were INTENTIONALLY ignoring me and another customer, I drive to the window and see the dude peeping from around the corner. Very very childish behavior from the employees here and I will be contacting HR to have these employees TERMINATED!:)

Worst fast food restaurant location ever. I think they have one brain cell amongst all employees. I have given them many chances since it’s so close to home. Order is always wrong no matter what time I go.

Very nice Burger King haven’t gone since the pandemic but it’s use to have good customer service and awesome food will stop by soon

VERY BAD, VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE!
I went inside around 11AM. May 29 2023.
The service was very bad, terrible, so rude.
The young woman named JOANNA MARTS was to rude and horrible services, she talked and looked at me like I come there for free food.
She was acting and talked like an animal in a human body with A evil eye (she looked at the customers only 1 eye). Inside the restaurant was only me (65 years old men). I was ordered a whopper, LG Fry, LG Coke. 5 minutes later the young men (African American) came in and JOANNA acting the same way.
I lived closer by, but how can I come back there to see her service? Another young woman serving the food was okay.

I went to this burger king with my wife and we waited more than10 minutes.and this black manager with braids left us standing in line with 5 customers.egnored waiting on us and was only doing drive thru orders.what resturants egnore the inside customers.so after waiting 10 minutes on lunch break who knows how long it will take to recieve the food.lunch break would be over you would have to stuff your face to get back to work on time.please avoid this place at lunch time.short staffed and have nasty attitudes scared they may spit in my food if i complained.and there are rats outside by the dumpster.eat at your risk.i will be calling the city health dept.

They gave me an old soggy burger. The onions were old the beef smelled putrid as well. This is the worst I have ever had from BK period in life. I honestly would like my $13 back because this is not food. There is no way they were trained to send out food like this.

Went to place an order, and the employee was so rude, (yeah what you want). I placed my order (yeah, go to the window) as I'm trying to pay and again rude on his phone the whole time. (What do you want to drink) but yet on his phone and I repeated 3 times my drink. (Yeah, ok here take your drink dude) as he see me handing the food to my son. I can feel him rushing me so he can go back on his phone. The worst service I ever had. Never would I go to that BK. Whatever happened to good service
