24Well first off there was no soap in the men's restroom.then after I was in the building and my wife stepped out for a phone call the woman/manager proceeded to lock the door! I waited for my wife and opened the door then proceed with my order and went back in the rr (my wife got soap from the women's bathroom). The lady asked her co-workers how did she get in as if she could walk through walls, I obviously let her in. This is the second time this burger king has had it's lobby closed, but has the hours of dining on the. Needless to say we expect better operations on our next visit.and we will be back we love the whopper and we're locals.
Horrible service. Food was cold, incorrect change given, and various items on menu. THEY DID NOT HAVE!
The clerk got our order entirely wrong. It almost seemed intentional. My friend ordered french fries, a strawberry malt, and two $1 "your way" bacon burgers. He was given fries and a strawberry soda (not the milkshake he had asked for) but no sandwiches. And that's all he was charged for, but we had to go to McDonald's to get something to eat.
Bad service today 4/30/21 time 4: 13 exact I hope the manager do something or corporate the guy have actittud bad service by drive thru
The cashier was rude also didn't know basic math. Order was $9.20. I gave her $10.20.had to get her phone out to figure it out. Shouldn't be on the register if you can't do basic math.

They should really change their closing time on here it says they close at 12am but when I stopped by around 10: 30pm they had me waiting longer than 5 minutes to let me know they were closed by someone at the back door.
Trust me if there was a 0 STAR rating I wouldn't hesitate to post it. Hardly could hear us at the drive-thru, asked for 8 piece Jalapeno bites and instead received 4, and requested ketchup to find out there was none. Terrible service and I highly do NOT recommend visiting this location.
Great fast service and great customer service. Received all of my order correctly and nothing was missing. I recommend this location because of the great service everyone is polite and the food is fresh no stale fries or onion rings. Thank you to all of the employees for the great service and great food!
Not so happy when they put someone on the drive thru. That has poor customer service skills! Try smiling more instead of looking mad. ️
Burger King has the best deals. You just gotta download their app and you will see. An entire mean for 2 or 3 bucks is insane but they pull it off. This location is no different. They are polite. The restrooms and restaurant are clean and we'll stocked. I would probably recommend any Burger King, this one for sure.
They always get my order wrong and I have to pull up to the side of the building to wait for my order even tho there was no one there when I ordered.
Need more workers always getting order wrong and female manager had an attitude because I wanted my money back when instead of sending order back I asked for mustard pack and she continued pushing orders out in front and drive thru while cup of mustard set beside her food was cold and I didn't want it
Out of the fast food restaurants that I been to, this is by far the best I've experienced. Very clean and the staff is full of smiles.
There was a ladder in the drive through, the customer service representative had to yank it in JUST before I ran into, what's up with that? ! She also PROMPTLY informed us that we would receive 12 tasty sauces when in reality we only received 9. The nuggets were not crisp and golden as advertised.
Nuggets got me sick Sunday night. Stomach still hurting 2days later. I started shaking man I'm never going back 2 burger King again. BURGER KING SUCKS
Employees scamming the drive thru clock. Hardly ever get the order correctly anymore, the wait time (being asked to wait) at window 1 is outrageous at 10 minutes, then being told to pull up to window 2 only after you see them push a metal ladder out the window on to the car pad is absurd. Can you just focus on making the food and getting g the order correct in the time you're supposed to? 16 minutes in the drive thru from start finish is beyond ridiculous.
The food that is cooked here is very good. What puzzles me is that they close at odd hours in the night, sometimes earlier.
Shity employees refused to take my order and this is the only bk I have problems with claiming their boiler wasn't working an hour before they actually close, I also applied here they called me by axident they said and they hired a female like wtf I called in advance didnt even give me a shot at the interview -0 is my actual rating I should burn this MF down.
