Burger King, Abilene TX

Being diabetic I filled my cup with coke zero (or so I thought) before I could even eat my meal I got an alert that my blood sugar and shot up! Only way that could happen is if the coke zero wasn't coke zero. My sugar got to almost 400!

Ms. Ann is absolutely amazing she is one of the kindest people I know. If you get the opportunity to meet her you'll never forget her she treats you as family.

Most of the time, the people here are rude every time. Not this time! The woman who took our order was extremely pleasant!

Lady at the window was very rude. Wanted to add to my order and she told me it was to late. I asked for grape jelly and she hurried up and shut the window before I could say anything else.

I only got half of my food after I had to wait like 20 minutes for it. The lady at the window was super nice tho. Just didn't receive my childs food so I had to get back out and go to McDonald's because burger King is to far away from me.

No matter what the food is always wrong this time it was tasteless used to be good what happened? It was like this the last time I went there a month ago, never again

Staff was really nice. They are kinda busy but one of the cooks said what I wanted and he could start on it. That was great customer service. Great place need a little cleaning of the tables and all but that's it. The place is fairly clean and the food was great the burger well made and presented. The ketchup packets are great gave me 5 was awesome not a ketup person but someone who likes it would be happy all and all good fast food joint.

HORRIBLE manager I did not get a burger I paid for and he claimed I tried to steal the burger since he seen the man put it in the bag and he continued to say this! Plus Extremely bad attitude, disrespectful, not professional at all.

Looks like they're getting this location back in order. Thank goodness. This is the one I've been going to since I was a kid.

I ordered 8 pieces chicken nuggets but the front ladies thought i met to say 8 orders of nuggets, total of 128 nuggets. I paid it like a dumbest and later got the order and found out

Darrell, the manager here is awesome! And he is super cool with the way he talks. I definitely like this Burger King one of the good ones for sure!

Went for pick up order. Even though food was on counter getting cold they refused to give it to us until they caught up their drive through town. Waited nearly ten minutes being told it they would get to me when they could yet had to cancel order because they had no time.

Only car using the drive through at the time and still forget some items on our order.incompetence

The food was pretty good. The burgers were a little too small, though. The service was good. The atmosphere seemed a little bit off.

Bad customer service not frienly at all.fake smiles! The manager is rude. He said he he doesn't care he's doing the best he can, really rude service, cold food, real bad attitude, dirty place to eat. And the managerial he's doing well. How can the owner keep the staff and very poor management in business? Food is always wrong and cold. If you are a good manager, you would take your job seriously, but when the owner says it's OK, well, the management is relaxed and poor service comes on, people's money is at stake, very rude and no one cares, it's been very disappointing many years ago it was great, not now, please do Abilene people and anyone that comes to eat at this location a great burger and service, owner please wake up! Like most places they are really lacking good help but for the most part food quality is the same everywhere you go. And Burger King is the best of the fast food places in my opinion. I will say that now you have to ask for salt ketchup and napkins. At least at this particular Burger King and I find that unnecessary

This place blows my mind. They can't hear, spell or get orders right every time I've been here. I think 3 brain cells is over qualified to work here.
