We never got our food
It took over 10min for someone to come over to the counter and take our order. After ordering we sat at a table next to the drive thru. We keep seeing cars that pulled in after we ordered and drive off. So after 20 full minutes I went up to cancel my order. That's when the girl said "it's right here" and pointed to a bin with all 4 of my burgers just sitting there. They didn't want to give me my money back. They kept wanting me to take the food. I insisted and got the money back with the woman scowling at me. And I don't understand why the young black guy cooking burgers in the back had to come get involved like he wanted to do something. Crazy how trying to get some burgers turned into a big scene. And all I did was ask for my money back. Horrible experience

They are ALWAYS closed.how did the business update the hours 2 weeks ago to 24 hours? That's a lie more times than not, I've driven all the way here for these dang cones to be up in the drive thru.why do you lie? You aren't even open at 6am.

I am the Activity Director for a senior citizens nursing center, unfortunately Burger King is not willing to work with senior communities to sponsor senior citizens unable to participate in community events. Highly disappointing.

Been going here for years today the manager tried to charge me 30 cents extra for no ice on 2 drinks. This has never happened. I'm disappointed yes over. 60.
He made it up I have never paid extra for no ice.

Drive thru wait time is a little on the longer side but worth the wait.whopper and chicken fries are always fresh

I get home a little bit after 12am because of my job and im pretty hungry so i try to go to this burger king and theyre almost always closed. Not even anyone at the window saying theyre closes just silence. Theres usually 2 people inside and the sign outside says open 24 hours.so where is the service? Literally sitting in there on their phones getting paid for free.hire new night shift people bc yall are losing business

Great service and fast, dine-in. It was fresh! Which I love. So clean, compared to other fast food places.

Disappointing experience from the drive thru to the window and after that. Never again. Attitudes for no reason and the food presentation was HIGHLY LACKING. Fries overcooked.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. After ordering online through the app, checking the hours on here, App, and website to verify the hours for pick up in the drive thru. I arrived with the entire building empty, and its parking lot. Doors locked, and Cones blocking the drive thru.it was the only money left in my account, and was specifically for my year old daughter to eat tonight. I'm reporting this place, as well as app to the BBB after this. Many food chains need to start remembering what makes it a great one.fraudulent and misleading hours AND ACCEPTING PAYMENTS WITHOUT PROVIDING A SERVICE OR GOODS is THEFT.

PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS IF YOU ARE NOT A 24 HOUR BKING. I only traveled to 1933 N TOWN E BLVD, because your Burger King website and Google says you are 24 Hours. I tried calling before leaving my area in Garland, but figured they were too busy to answer, so I drove on here, to get me an Impossible Whopper.

I have a few more details to share, but I will call Corporate later today. 1/20/23. I arrived approximately 1: 00am, but didn't finally pull off from the Jack-in-the-box parking lot until 2: 28a. I ended up in Jack-in-the-box lot, because there was a cone blocking the drive thru at BKing.

Eventually a young lady showed up in a white SUV, maybe around 1: 40a, and went in BKing, but left again around 2: 10-2: 15. MANY cars came and went, because the cone was there.

I'm going to drive to next 24 Hour location on NW Hwy. I hope they are open.

They close but still let you order online, rude people working there just refuse to make food that was ordered online.

I was trying to pay for my food and someone yelled from the back
“go to mc Donalds” just because they didn’t want to be there. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Never have the ingredients for featured items everytime I go there what's the point of Burger King advertising items they never Carry?
