I'm unsure what's wrong, but I feel like it's run down since it opened. The burger tasted weird and lacking customer service. This place needs to be scrubbed down and the bathrooms need some LTC!
When you’re on your way to work because it’s the only place still open, and they decided to close early
2 years later: Its 11: 40pm when I pull up, behind about 3 cars and they just stopped taking orders. How is this place still open?

The night crew is amazing. Service is great. Food fresh, hot & made just the way I asked. I commend the night crew & they deserve a raise!

Going here for 6 yrs because I prefer BK to anything else. I ordered on the app for NO MAYO and mustard. I can't eat mayo. Had to wait for them to make my order which defeats the order ahead vs waiting. Says in the order no mayo and the crew still messed it up. Now I have to clean the burger and use my bread in the house. Please get it right or we will go to another BK. Thank you
Restraint is very clean, as are the restrooms. Food was hot and fresh, and the staff was so friendly and kind. Great experience dining in.
Orderd a bacon cheese whopper meal and orginal chicken sandwich get to where im going 30 min away and its a whopper Jr I spent 16 dollars for a kids meal
Touch screen soda dispenser. Awesome very nice and super clean inside. Food is amazing service was great. Fries hot an fresh. Loved it.
Drive thru Trouble taking order. I said about 5 times. Was extremely clear NO MAY NO KETCHUP Very slow When I got home. Burger was made with mayo and ketchup When I called to complain, the phone rang n rang. To be specific 22 x's. I did that for the next 40 min. No one ever answered, no voicemail. Filed in Ch13. As far a their food, it's my 2nd go to as far as fast food. I feel the quality in taste has gone down. You used to taste that grill taste. Not anymore. Overall 3 stars cuz I'll go back. Can't knock them that much for employee error, but then again, hire competent people or train better.
Horrible! Needs to be checked by a food inspector! Ate the other day, got food poisoning and now I can’t stop throwing up!
The manager at this location is awesome! She is there every time I visit his location no matter what time of day.she is always smiling, friendly, and welcoming!
Clean location and friendly service. Food is fresh and hot. My only complaint is that it is Hard to get to.
Food quality was terrible. Chicken fries were soggy and just looked pitiful. First time I’ve eaten here in a while, and will not be going to BK anymore.
Poor customer service at the counter. Tried to sell french fries at small price rather than value fry as requested. Then wanted to charge $1.50 for tap water.
I didn’t get the food I asked for and didn’t get a receipt for proof either, drove 30 min to work and didn’t realize until I got there that I couldn’t eat what i was given.what a waste of my money.
The chicken fries were old and hard, the fries were stale, and the cooks were on their phone in the back
