I visit the place at almost 11pm 12/1/2023 I get excellent treatment costumer service fro young man I ask his name mr. Romero good job

Kiara.when someone brings to attention that the playplace has puke in it you should close it down. Not ignore the customers telling you about the problem. It is solely because of you and your neglect that 5 children were exposed to illness today 10/2/2024. But go ahead and keep shaking your head like you don't care. Management should strip you of any authority you hold.

This is the Burger King there is. The employees are very rude and slow. And that little skinny shift is sorry as hell.

The owner needs to fix the air conditioning system in the place but either then that the food was great and the employee was great to talk to just a little worried about them in a hot place cooking food and no cool air.

Don't know what's happened, but I remember Burger King being better in the past. The burgers were thrown together & it just wasn't pleasant! I spent too much!

I read an article that out of 15 fast food restaurants, that Burger King was number one for crispy chicken sandwich. I don’t usually eat fried food. However, I was in a mood and hadn’t had Burger King in over a decade. The lady in the drive through kept interrupting me when I was telling her what I DO NOT want on my sandwich which was tomatoes and sauce to ask me which size I wanted my meal. Three times she interrupted me and did not acknowledge that I wanted items removed. So much so that I didnt even remember to ask her to add bacon because just getting that part through was annoying as hell. I get up to the window and she asked me 3 times about no tomatoes. I say no three times and each time she said yes tomatoes or no. Probably because instead of waiting for my reply and listening she’s looking at the staff behind her in the kitchen. Needless to say my sandwich had tomatoes on it. Onion rings were Luke warm at best. I told them and they probably dumped the same onion rings they gave me back in the fryer and brought them back to me. Chicken sandwich was not a number one ranking. Clearly that article was not about this location. Poor customer service.

I’ve came to this location in a number of different occasions, and it seems like I keep rubbing into the same problem.
I get closing maybe 10 minutes early. But almost a whole hour before is absolutely ridiculous. If you want to close an hour early please change your operating hours to 11pm. At the time of this review is it 11: 30 pm and I was denied service for the 3rd time in recent memory. Employee claims they were short staffed. But to me this seems like an ongoing issue and completely unacceptable. Something needs to happen

U wouldn't recommend this burger King to no one everything and everyone was Lousy. I ask for fresh fries they still recorded the old ones. They was chilling in lobby on phone and returned to work without washing hands

It is a fast service and they treat you with kindness. You feel with respect and in family. And tasty food at a good price.

Would love to give them a negative star but I can't. I entered the restaurant and several employees are vaping on a booth, one of them gets up and I am thinking he is coming to help me. Ah, No! He moved behind the counter to talk to others. Finally he decided it was now convenient for him to take my order. I asked for ice tea which required for him to get it. He grabbed my cup, went to the back cameback talking on the phone! And no drink, I had to ask someone else to help me get my tea. And when I thought things couldn't get worse. I tried to dispense some ketchup and the dispenser just exploded all over my food and my clothes. I asked the same employee to speak to the manager, he asked me what happened, I told them, another one thought it was pretty funny and laughing, they went to the back and said she will fix it and back to their booth. Manager "Eneida" never came out and later was told she wasn't even there. WOW. Is that how they treat their customers they don't deserve anyone's business.

Wanted to order but after waiting more than 10mins and not being acknowledged by Manger or employee to take my order with like 3 others in line behind me and 2 other customers that ordered already that returned their orders the employee at front end more worried about someone else pay and time left on their shift instead of taking my order very poor service

Not a bad place to pick up ur food.just make sure to check ur order inside the togo bag if its not missing anything.and make sure to ask about the sauses u may like.cos even if u order some fries they might not put ketchup for u.make sure to check and Ask

The experience was horrible! Had a spicy patty melt and they didn’t grill the bun cheese was not melted and they forgot the jalapeños on it! They corrected it but it didn’t change except for the jalapeños were added! Restaurant was dirty and so was the bathroom! We were the only people here so I don’t understand how they couldn’t clean tables, bathrooms or trash cans! I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

How in the world are you open until 10pm dine in but have the doors locked for those that want to DINE IN. It's happend quite a few times in this location. Hell it's happend once while I was in there eating and the worker locked the door and said to close the door after I leave. The hell kind of service is that. Sounds like a bunch of lazy people that don't want to serve us.

We always get excellent service, and the food is hot and tasty.

Our favorite is the 2-Whopper for $8.99 coupon deal (see photo). With rising prices, that won't last, so we're enjoying it while we can.

We sometimes take our food to go, then have a car picnic at a nearby park where we watch ducks.
