Burger King, Laredo TX

The two times I have visited, they always give me the wrong order.

Today the sandwich that was bacon, didn't come with bacon. And before leaving the premises I had to go to the drive thru a second time to order the drink.

Literally cheese cold like if they just threw on and gave it to me like that.
I usally go to other burger kings and they know what they’re doing in the kitchen
These ppl were chatting about i dont know what having a whole conversation at the drive thru window and not giving good customer service. This generation or whoever is hiring these ppl needs to cget them on CHECK BEFORE I ACTUALLY GO INSIDE AND COMPLAIN TO A MANAGER.
Literally WORSE DOUBLE WHOPPER IVE HAD.

BK used to be my favorite fastfood place to go until I switched to another resto. Their junior chicken sandwich was delicious to my taste back then. Today it tasted different, not anymore the sandwich I love ordering before. I also ordered the sundae and it is still a creamy delight.

As I said before, in Laredo the AC in ALL restaurants is for the cooking/prep areas, the customers don't matter to much.

Sad to see today's kids don't even know how to make a cheeseburger, had to ask for pickles n mustard, fastfood service sucks,

Those hamburgers in the afternoon are very good! But the breakfast sausage biscuits are AA+!

The person took care of us very kindly, the place is very clean, the food was delicious, the freshly eaten potatoes were excellent.

Very dirty lobby. Then you see employees just chatting standing there not doing anything. Instead of taking care of the lobby. I would do drive thru all the time at this BK, but this time I decided to get off and eat. As you walk on its smells bad. Trash on the floor, sticky floors, and the soft drink area dirty and ketchup splattered everywhere.

Clean location, original flavor, fast service, and organized food. Worth mentioning, that Burger King has the best coupons, and app rewards compared to other fast foods.

Terrible service, I went on a Saturday at 11 pm and they treated me very poorly by a guy whose excuse was that I'm just doing everything, collecting and preparing and I spent. More than half an hour giving me 2 hamburgers.for a girl to come out Give me the order and they didn't even give me ketchup and both of them had a bad face. HORRIBLE SERVICE IN THIS BK

My experience at this location was bad all the way you go threw drive window they never seem to hear you or understand you even though you repeat 5 time yet still the order is wrong you complain to the manager they too break the promise they mentioned like in case Manager promise to remake all 3 meals with drinks including the Icee.the meals were ok and drinks.but she completely forgot about the Icee she was going to be including so how are the employees going to learn the wrong doing if the Manager is doing the same thing.

Disappointed that my order didn’t come out the way I asked for it. I asked for extra pickles extra mayo. Got regular mayo and no pickles. I ordered two combos for a total of $25. Fast food isn’t cheap anymore. I expect to get what I ordered.
