Burger King, Pleasanton TX

It was Christmas and I waited 20 minutes, which was fine I get it on Christmas and it's packed, while we waited the manager was arguing with a customer, idk I didnt mind cuz I didn't know the context, so after i got my food I decided to leave a 40$ tip cuz why not? It's christmas and we drove home and i realized they forgot a whole burger, and when we got back they didnt even feel apologetic and the cook had to come out and give me the remake and the manager didnt even bother coming back to apologize, she actually waited till I left to come back out. Like the cashier I originally took my order was great! She don't deserve the bad rating but the manager got to go!

This may be one of the worst restaurants in town. Terrible service, drink machines out of order, no cup lids, lazy employees, cold fries, and tasteless burgers. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to eat. Oh yeah.they are out of ketchup and serving wal mart ketchup instead.

I believe this is the place that fired a female manager after she asked for a raise. That wasn’t why they said they fired her but we know it was.
Then hired a man to replace her, paying him a lot more money.

Avoid at all cost

Picked up food thru the drive-thru. My son and his Gregory Portland Wildcat teammates were playing a Bi-District tennis match in Jourdanton. Stopped by to pick up food for him. Food was great.

Manager is very rude, and the place smells terrible. Waited over 35 minutes. For nuggets and fries. The manager just threw the food at me and walked away. She needs to get fired.

This place is disgusting and the service is so so bad waited 30 min for 2 burgers and 1 8 piece nugget this place needs to be shut down or something

Loved the staff especially juanita! Such a good worker and understanding. The food was fresh and everything was good!

If I could put no stars, absolutely worst food ever, buns are so burnt that's all you taste. Manager says yeah that's how they are all coming out. So every customer gets burnt food and she could careless.she shouldn't be a Manager. She clearly doesn't care, fix the problem. We will not return and will tell everyone we know what happened!

Worst place I ever been to. Just left there (7-23-23) because all 3 people did not acknowledge me or my family. (the only family inside already had their food and only had 2 cars in the drive-thru) it's like my family was invisible to these people. I waited 10 minutes at the register before leaving.

Place smells bad they didn’t have (sweet tea or chicken burgers spicy burgers) play area has been closed for months due to maintenance I don’t see no one working on it my guess is they just want to avoid cleaning it do not recommend

Food is never hot got the onion rings and they tasted like they had freezer burn not fresh at all very disappointed because I was so looking forward to them.

First off the staff was disrespectful as well as slow as a snail. Then I gave the gal 20.60 for a bill 18.60 and could not figure out the correct change due to the fact she was on her cell phone the whole time. The food portion was absolutely smaller than any other Burger King we have went too.

Food was good, staff was very friendly and got our order out relatively quick. The inside was kinda dirty, tables and floor could have used a wipe down. Children's play area needs to be overhauled. Do not recommend letting kids play in there. Really dirty, flooring is bad, smelt moldy/musty like there was a leak and had sitting water somewhere, no A/C, so hot and stale.

How does a restaurant that serves Whoppers run out of Whopper patties. That is the worst Burger King ever.they also leave you waiting in line on the dtive thru

They ALWAYS park you, orders take a long time and the girl at the window is incredibly rude. Burgers always cold. And the bright red blinking light in the drive through shines right in your eyes and gives u a headache. Used to have good experience here, but not in the last few months. Changing from a 5*.

The play place smells like feet and is closed a lot of the time. They’re insanely slow and I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to take my order and another 25 for them to make it.
