15My experience was a 10/20 the food was amazing, they got my food to me. Yes it was a wait but they also explained that they ran out of meat and it was understandable. The staff was nice and respectful and were sorry about the wait. Most people wouldn’t care but this Burger King did, I would say make some more meat or have some more on hand but it’s ok, it’s life and things happen
I didn’t even realize you can mess up French toast sticks till I came to Burger King. Went back just to receive another order of undone gooey insides.
I cannot say enough about the difference a new manager has made at this restaurant. The one taking orders was friendly. The same person was working drive-thru. She smiled and gave me an expertly made burger and thanked me for my business. It is hard to beat their burgers.
Been sitting in the line for 30 minutes still not at window I thought this was fast food don't come here for lunch or you might not have a job to come back to
I had to clean my own table because there wasn’t a single clean table in the dining room. No one seemed to be in a hurry to clean it either. The floors were disgusting and even saw a dead bug on the floor. Just like the Slide Rd location, this location has a fly problem as well. I will not be back to dine here again!
Guy at the window was nice but waited in line 15 minutes and there were only 2 cars in line. Food is not like it used to be back in the day. Quality is extremely low!

Order was wrong, and they tried to charge my card more than once. I'm not sure what going on with the drive-thru but they didn't get the order right there were no napkins provided.they took over 20 mins with me at the window to get the order.and the fries were trash.what are we saving money on fries? Do better please
Keisha should not work at customer service. She was upset about an order in which she forgot to get fries for a person in line in front of my husband. When she got to my husband she asked him if he was helped, husband said no and she asked again, he said it louder. Keisha then said that she doesn’t need the attitude and told him to leave. She put in her two weeks notice. Thank goodness. Not everybody can handle customer service.
We went a couple days ago and waited 45 minutes for our food. When we went up there to ask they gave us a bag of food… none of it was right and covered in onions. Husband went to ask for money back and when we got to the car they shorted him 13 dollars. We will never go back to this location. One man was trying his hardest but the female I think was honestly high. A lot of people were mad which was understandable.
I order on the app all the time. Had 3 burgers and a fry. Waited forever till I realized everyone else was getting their orders before me when they came in way after. Asked the "manager" when the mobile order for me would be ready.she said im not sure? 30 min later I finally got my bag. Get it together or shut down if staffing is the issue.
Dirty tables, only 2 employees on duty, took 20 min too get my food, while sitting in store and the customer behind me ordered 5 or 10 min after me got their food first.will not return, do not waste your time! Buyer beware!
This Burger King location is usually decent but today it is the absolute worst. They can't get their orders right. Had to wait in line forever and there weren't that many cars and all three of our orders were wrong. The first time, they completely gave us someone else's order. We went back and the second time they still didn't get the order right and we had to wait even though they said it was ready. Apparently they had given the "corrected" order to someone else. Came back a third time and they asked if we just wanted our money back. No, I'm still hungry! Give me what we ordered! Waited over half an hour to get three burgers and one of the burgers was still not totally correct, but it was not worth it to go back anymore. Never coming back to this particular location.
Used the app to order, paid and got a confirmation of order. Went to pick up and store was closed due to no staff. One star was generous. Very poor management!
