Burger King, Waskom TX

Some where along the line BK stepped up their burgers and from my experience thier service too.

I don't like giving bad reviews, but I have no other choice. First, the employees seemed to be in no hurry (it is supposed to be a "fast food" place). Second, the restroom was filthy. Third, the sausage biscuits I ordered were soaked in grease or butter. So much, that it soaked through the wrapper and through the carry out sack. The soaked biscuit made the taste of the food undesirable. Fourth, some condiments were not available. My suggestion is to avoid this BK.

Extremely slow. Ordered 2 meals on the app and waited 20 minutes. There was no one else in line.

Yeah. We won’t be back. Too long to order, order was wrong, catsup from the dispenser was disgusting. Just yuck.

The manager tries really hard and is very considerate but some of the staff is awful, watch one staff member pick her nose while preparing my drink and order, I just trashed my food wasn't worth the effort of dealing with them, and what is with having to pull ahead and wait for your food when you are the only customer, but the trash can is great because that's where the food went

Tha King is dead and them Whoppers are mostly ketsup and bread.like I said. I thought tha king wuz dead! And, if it weren't for them coupons.so would their business.just sayin'.

Service and food are ok here. I just wish I wasn't interrupted while saying my order. I come through the drive-thru every few months at lunch time. I try to say it faster but she still interrupts everytime.

The worst breakfast burrito I have ever had, oily and greasy, totts where cooked in old grease/oil the person who took my order was deplorable, lesson learned I will never eat at BK again.

Short guy with glasses named Warren yelled at me and my whole family (including children) telling us that we were eating food we didn’t pay for when THEY gave us the food that we assumed we payed for. Extremely unprofessional on his part to just yell across a whole restaurant at paying customers who have always ate there since 2012.

No French fries or onion rings.my burger wasn't hot it was barely warm and my husband's chicken sandwich was the same.
I've always loved burger King and there one of my favorite places but now I'm hesitant to get food from there anymore.

Just drove up at 10: 10pm and they are closed even though it said here on maps that they don't close till 12 midnight.

A little disappointed a few employees talking loud about personal business, also one employee was making hamburger another employee on her cellphone. Restroom needs to be cleaned one of the two faucets don't work no paper towels to dry your hands. Smells horrible

Can't say all the chains are the same. Usually always a 4 star. But this one was a disappointment. Two workers that just don't like there jobs or each other. Seemed disappointed to see customers.

The Impossible Whopper is my absolute favorite and it did not disappoint. My daughter got a kids meal and my husband got a burger with fries. Our orders were correct and everything was delicious. My only complaint is that, even though we were drive-thru customers, we were made to come inside to pick up the food ourselves. They said that since there were three meals in my order, they couldn’t give them to us via the drive-thru.

I order food tell first in line.tell her to left my order on counter I'm going to pump gas. I went next door to pay took long time so I returned with pumping gas.noticed people get food behind me in line. They did even start my order.she ran back and did order because I returned and they skip me. Boo

Excellent Burger king location! The manger and her staff create a excellent dining experience. You are greeted as you walk in the door with a nice smile and helped right away. There was a issue with one of my coupons and the manger jumped right in and took care of it.
