Burger King, Tyler TX

For the second time, I have accidentally ordered my food from the wrong store while using the app. I just assumed it would pick up my location the way the McDonald's app does. But I was wrong. Regardless, Tim was there both times to save the day. He fixed my order and made sure I got my food without having to drive all the way across town. Burger King, Tim is a great hire and you need to give this man a much deserved raise. Thank you tim!

Burger King by far has the worst breakfast. Never warm enough to melt the cheese. People working there could careless. Make the food as of you were to eat it. Nasty and a waist of money. I might as well just throw ten bucks out of the window.

It’s Burger King. Nothing fancy, nothing special - just a burger. The burger was good, and unlike a lot of places it looked just like the picture on the menu not thrown together and messy.

Manager that works there been there for quite awhile.the new employees dont really listen or read well.so expect them to mess your order up.

Had the Impossible burger with mayo, lettuce, and tomato. The burger was a little on the dry side but overall tasty. Even though I asked for mayo, they put less than a quarter teaspoon on one bun. Let's just say I couldn't find nor taste the mayo. It would be nice to go to a fast food place and get a sandwich that isn't thrown together without care. I understand the workers need to be quick, hence the restaurant type moniker, but my goodness. It isn't often I can eat anything at a fast food establishment. So in the event I do find something, I shouldn't have to remake the sandwich after opening the packaging.

Redeemed an egift card (1st time) staff was just as flabbergasted as us. Staff was understanding! Peaceful atmosphere. Not too cold, not too hot inside. However, the ingredients on our burgers were switched, and we had to purchase a second burger for my husband.

Dine in is closed at night due to covid 19. We just went Down the road to Freddie's they let us in to eat. I am not eating and trying to drive. Thanks for locking the doors burger king.

Don't go here at night over 10 minutes for a cheeseburger and fry. Worse service ever had at a Burger King.

Ordered a plain spicy chicken and received a fish sandwich with pickles and mayo. Order wasn’t even $10 and they still couldn’t give me the right food

Like any other good Burger King this place was also well maintained. Server was courteous and smoking and brought our order in the parking with a welcoming smile.

I love Burger King although they have gone downhill greatly in the last few years it's no longer making the customer happy they just stick it out there they never put napkins or ketchup or anything in the back and when you ask for like extra lettuce or something they do not put it on there sometimes I don't put anything on there and I forget to look and check it I just don't got a Burger King much anymore because of that

Cindy took our order in the drive thru! She was so nice and had great energy. When we pulled up to the window she had a big smile on her face and handed my two girls crowns and called them queens! She was AMAZING and made our day!
The kids also rated their food a 10 out of 10!

Super friendly staff. The only BK I know where the manager checks on customers at their table. That little extra touch was refreshing. Much appreciated.

Honest people work here. Cindy took my order and was very kind and pleasant to bring my order out to me. My fries and whopper were just like I had requested. 24hrs later I got a call from my bank that my wallet was reported at this Burger King location. I was in disbelief because kind actions like these are hard to come by. There was 300 in cash and not a dime was missing or cards misplaced. When I arrived for pick up I felt at home, and wish I could hug and kissed all these women who took the time to find me and return my wallet to me. This was truly and an act of kindness and yet I find myself speechless to think how grateful I am for all these women working as a team to deliver my wallet. Cindy and Christy refused I tip them and if I could I shower them with flowers and cash! I not only trust them with my food but now with my wallet! What a blessing to have rare gems like these humans be encountered here
