They like to ignore the customers. Not take their orders act rude. Can you just overall the worst burger king in lubbock

On Christmas night, there was 4 ppl just standing around the register in the drive thru. Playing around, on their phones. No gloves, one girl was touching her face and mouth while bagging our food. One guy was literally sucking on his thumb I guess was bored. Another girl was just rude as hell at the window, cussing and complaining about being at the window. This burger king went down hill long time ago.

We had came in the afternoon and got a 5$ duo and then came back at night for the same thing and they said well we don't got that and we said we had gone here this afternoon then we ordered some chicken nuggets and we pulled up the window and some white boy hit on me and I'm a minor so we didn't pay and took off.

I came on Christmas day, and I assumed the wait would be quite a while considering the holiday but I wasn't expecting to wait an hour in line and another 30 minutes at the menu board I haven't even gotten my food yet I had to driveto the window in which I saw a guy he started talking to me then turned around and blew out smoke all the employees where arguing prob one of the worst experiences I've had in a drive through before I work in the fast food industry so I understand how it can be tough especially on holidays but I have never seen service or hospitality as terrible as this

I'll start off by saying that I'll never go to burger king again. The manager who worked on Christmas night needs to be let go because she obviously doesn't know anything about customer service or professionalism.
The service is horrible, nobody does their job, and they can care less what they look like. Horrible place to go period. I used to like burger king but now I won't even dream of going there again.

Overcharged. Refunded. Had to reorder.
Had to wait 15 mins for my take out order from inside the store. That was after waiting 8 mins for anyone to even acknowledge me at the register. There was no line.
Got home and saw that both Whoppers were missing toppings.no lettuce or pickles & only 1 sad looking slice of tomato. Buns were literally dry like toast.
Won't be going back to this location.

This was the WORST experience we've ever had at a drive-thru. Deserves a negative 10 stars! The lady taking the order was clearly irritated we were there. My husband had to tell her twice he wasn't done ordering. She said they were out of frozen coke, machine was broken, then out of dr. Pepper. When we got our food we were missing 2 burgers and onion rings. Ine of the drinks she ended up giving us was Dr. Pepper! She goes back to get them and comes back with a bag full of whoppers, not even what we ordered. We were missing 2 whopper Jr's, plain and dry (these were for our kids). He tells her onion rings are missing, she goes gets them and bring us another bag of 4 whoppers (not like we ordered). The burgers were disgusting, buns were stale and the one I bit into was ice cold. This place is ridiculous! Ended up seeing a homeless man and his dog, they were extremely grateful for the bags of burgers though, so guess it worked out.

We went to eat and they had nothing, not even potatoes, I think that if the staff is not efficient they should fire them all

Ordered 2 whoppers no ketchup no lettuce. Took them back as they had both. They replaced after 20 minutes of waiting. Got home still have lettuce and for some reason jalapeños and mustard now. What the hell is going on with Burger King these days. This is ridiculous! So it looks like I will be going somewhere else for my dinner. Just don’t waste your time!

Just terrible. Food cold, wrong and nasty. Ordered through DoorDash. Got full refund also they left the food on the cold ground! Food is never to touch the ground!

I swear Everytime there’s something wrong with the workers. Once I paid 25$ for 2 whopper meals, then when I asked for my fries the guy tried gas lighting me into saying I never payed for fries? Ordered 2 meals again and lo and behold they forgot the fries, sent my husband to the drive through and now they’re closed an hour early? Can y’all just give people the fries they pay for.

The lady working behind the counter was very rude acted like she didn’t want to wait on us. The food was awful. The tortilla and n my chicken wrap was hard and was just slapped together. My nieces chicken nuggets was not edible and my sisters hamburger patty was burnt. Showed it to the lady and she that’s how they turn out because it’s run thru a griller n not cooked in pan. Said she would make another one and we sat there for 10 minutes and never got the other one and when we left the lady said they haven’t started cooking it and we said forget it. Never ever will we go back to that place to eat. It’s pathetic.

Don’t even deserve 1 star. Tried ordering food tonight in the drive through. One man was on his phone sitting against a chair. Paying no attention to any of his surrounding and another lady walked by and act like she didn’t see us at the window. Horrible service

Tried getting food delivered and our dasher informed us that nobody was working there, ordered previous times and food has been cold and soggy.

I've been there 3 times and all 3 times the service is very slow. I know there is drive through but with 2 or 3 in the dining area it shouldn't take 15 to 20 minutes for an order. This is during my lunch hour too. I will say the counter person was friendly.

Super slow and unorganized, wouldn’t recommend, you could get your food faster at a restaurant

Someone at this location skims cards. Getting charged months after last eating there. It’s common enough that people on reddit posted about it. Called the location about it, they hung up on me and then disconnected the phone.
