Burger King, Hondo TX

Three of us went in to grab quick "delicious" burgers. NOT DELICIOUS We three experienced an awful tasting meal.

Worked here for a year. Had me working opening, closing and mid shifts so no sleep schedule. They allow customers to abuse you and fire you when you finally have enough.

Sat in line for 15 minutes before anyone came on the intercom so I went inside thinking it might be faster. Several employee standing around arguing if both lanes were open. 2 people drove off without getting their food while I was in there. Left without being acknowledged by the staff. They're probably happy as it's less work for them but I'm glad I'm not the franchise owner.

Would give 0 star.took 40 minutes for a #2. I'm a truck driver went inside.ordered with just 1 couple in front of me.then took my order to my destination to eat and all they gave me was a regular whopper.

The food is good but the service is AWFUL! There's an older woman who works in the daytime that's rude as all get out. Otherwise, staff is friendly. For some reason they always have you order at the drive thru and park in the parking lot and then they'll walk the food out to you from the side door? Doesn't matter if there's a line or not. Better hope they remember your condiments or a straw! The food is up to par with standard BK. I usually just order online to not have to deal with the staff but i usually have to correct the order when there.:/

Huge improvements all around with new management on board. Prompt and friendly service, great food.

Mark and the ladies where very kind to me! Mark made sure my needs where met, and made sure I was satisfied! Needed good food for the long drive ahead.

So slow. It is ridiculous. I waited 50 minutes for an online order and only 4 cars went through while I was there. This is not the first time I've had a wait issue or a burger made incorrectly but it will definitely be my last visit. When you ask what the hold up is you are always told " we're short staffed"

I walked in and was served quickly. The young man who took my order was kind and got my food to my fast. They need to give the young man who was wearing the grey hoodie a raise

My daughter loves to play there projector game inside and but one day it was out of focus and just need a little adjustment management Refused to help and was a bit rude about the whole thing food is actually quite good just had to wait 7 minutes for ketchup and ranch.

Very slow service. Was the only one here and it took 20 minutes to get an order out for two.

I had a very horrible experience I waited about 25 going on 30 mins in the drive-thru and when we got our food our fries were stale And they had pieces of onion rings with their fries and like they been setting under a hot lamp for a long period of time experience on general is not worth it $40 down the drain would not recommend coming if I could rate this lower than one star overall poor customer service

Posted hours have been incorrect for years. We thought it was just a covid thing but here it is March 2023 and they can't even post the correct business hours.
Google says open until 12 AM every day, the sign on the side of the highway says open until 12 AM every day, the Burger King website says open until 12 AM every day, the hours posted on the building say open until 11 PM every day. Tried to pick up an online order at 10: 15 PM, the place was closed and the lights were off.
This Burger King is also independently owned so complaining to corporate isn't going to fix anything.

Waited over 30 minutes in the parking lot waiting for our food and we were the first people to order food.
