Burger King, San Antonio TX

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE! My food had a hair in it, and the staff was super rude, defensive, and HIGH on drugs. I will never ever visit another burger king again. Terrible food, and ridiculously immature staff including the manager.

White male with brown shirt who is on the voicemail of the burger king phone saying customers rule.isthe type of boy who doesn't listen to his parents asked him directly to make my chicken sandwich fresh and he gave me a dried up chicken.also whopper was not fresh missing lettuce don't know if he was a manager but doesn't deserve a burger king shirt or job.burger king at stone oak andevens san Antonio TX 445 pm I was there.called 30 times to adress the issue and they just keep pushing phone to voicemail ebrytime claiming they are busy on a Sunday really slow service

This place used to be kinda bad when it first opened but I tried it out again a month ago and it's been pretty damn good. Good job to management and the workers for turning it around, food is really good now. Fries are way better than Mcdonalds and Whataburger too.

Drove a ways to get to this restaurant, waited and waited at the drive thru, finally arrived home with my food only to find the order was wrong and incomplete. Fries were cold, that's all I ended up with to eat. Hell no, I'm not driving back! And BTW, I wasn't going to say anything but since I'm here, the young man taking money needed help from someone working in the back, supervisor? , the guy came back with plastic gloves on, hands in his pockets, touching the register, hands back in his pockets and straight back to the food prep, it seemed, never changed his gloves.

If you are going to have a special kid’s sandwich don’t limit them, you have upset a bunch of kids with running out of Spider-Man sandwiches!

At first, we pulled up to the drive thru and was immediately met with "hold on for a minute. " After a few minutes of 'holding on, ' my grandma said "hello" into the speaker, and no one came on for another minute. Finally, someone took our order, and we pulled right up to the window. (With how we waited, we figured it was super busy) But when we pulled right up to the window, I said to my grandma, "they must only have two people working with how we pulled right up. " And once the window opened for payment, the lady at the window said, "im so sorry about the wait. We only have two people on shift. " I used to work in fast food management, so immediately after the confirmation of only two people working, my frustration was eliminated. Would I go here again? No. I expect drive thrus to be quick. But the workers deserve more pay for doing literally everything that at least a 4 person crew needs to do.

Fresh food, friendly service. SLOW! 34 minutes in drivethru with only 4 cars ahead, one of whom gave up and left. Friday @ noon.

A good, clean restaurant with a friendly staff. This is my second favorite BK to visit when I'm in the mood for Burger King (because of proximity). Good deals on the app!

The burgers are pretty good, but the sides are not my favorite. They often have really good deals, though. I would say the whoppers and impossible whoppers are really good for fast food burgers. The fries are decent, but I don't care for the onion rings or chicken fries. If you get a good deal (coupon or web page) and stick with the whoppers, you could have a good meal on the cheap. Also, the drive-through is probably quicker than curbside pickup.

Great food but every time I am here they ask me to park up in the front and wait for my order even when no one is behind me. How long does it take to make a burger and fries? I am not asking for anything special. It does get annoying especially when the parking lot is busy. It shouldn’t be that hard to get FAST food!

Women's restroom had no toilet paper and we were the only two in the restaurant so they were NOT busy. Felt like the emoloyees really didn't want to be there. Burger was good; onion rings mostly just crispy batter. Mozzarella sticks were good.

Ordered online at 1: 26 pm, show up 10 mins later they've had me parked for 20 mins!

Went to grab lunch. Unfortunately the new Mexican Chicken sandwich was made horrible! I cannot believe i paid 8 bucks for plus tax. Plus the fries were cold and tasted old I also had to add some ketchup to my sandwich just so it can not be so dry on the palate. Who ever is managing this restaurant.it is obvious that they don't care what goes out to their customers. Maybe next time they consider making it better for the customers.

Tried going with family but their service was horrible, that we left after waiting for our order to be taken. All while 2 looked like managers just talking away outside while the 2 workers inside were doing the best they could.

I was having an awful morning and stopped by for some comfort food. I was clearly distraught and the gentleman at the drive through (I believe his name was Malik, I’m not sure, sorry!) took the time to chat with me and listen to me. It really made my day turn around. Wonderful experience. Thank you to the kind gentleman!

Not my usual 1st choice for breakfast On The Go.but must say drive thru service was excellent, friendly & efficient! The meal was good & filling and the fresh hot coffee was spot on!

Person working the drive through.maybe they were having a bad day. Appeared 'put off'. Almost as if I were an inconvenience. Plus, when I got home, my burger was burnt and they didn't get my order right. Its odd because this store in particular has always had great service and good food. Hope this visit was a fluke.
