Burger King, San Antonio TX

Messed up my order asked for no whipped cream and no ice but still put it and drinks were spilling all over me and my girlfriend had to ask for new lid but fast service

New year and they are busy. But the evening crew handling it well and stay positive. Especially the night manager is very good. She greet, smile and stay positive. Keep up the good work.
Restaurant business is hard. They have to deal with all kind of people. So give them a break if something doesn't go right. It doesn't cost anything for being nice for a few minutes. May peace, joy and happiness to all of you.

I fell in love with the flame grilled Whopper cheeseburger when I worked for Burger King as my first job in San Antonio. I was a Senior in high school. Every now and then, no other burger will satiate that craving.

Today I order a Whopper combo with cheese and onion rings. Although I did not end up paying for the cheese, I did request it and it was missing. We are human and we all make mistakes. Maybe they did not hear me. The onion rings we not fried nearly long enough. They were yellowish and soft, not the golden brown heavenly cruchiness as normal. The wait is usually long but the food is always fresh. It is worth the wait. If they get it right. Second time at this location. First time was perfect. One more chance.

Don't eat here. It's been a real long time since I asked for a refund on food, in fact I probably never have, but I bit into my food after they made me wait in the parking lot for it and it was cold. I drove back around to get a refund and was told they're not authorized to give me a refund and that they can only remake my food. Why the heck would I trust them to remake food they couldn't make the first time and trust they don't do something to it in retaliation? This place has little business and now I know why.

Drive up. Long wait in line. By the time i got to the window, i could see through the cup that the coke had settled to 1-1 1/2 inches from rim. Asked to have the drink topped up and it was surly city from there on out. Eye daggers. Grrr.
Food was the same as usual, good.

Do not eat here. I just got out of the hospital with food poisoning and it was bad. This is the second time I've gotten ill from this location. Only this time it sent me to the ER! Stay away, their sanitation and food handling is a joke. Looks like I'm out of $600 just for eating a burger. Lesson learned.

The one on the corner of Bandera and mainland is garbage. Fountain area is disgusting, the dining area is filthy, the trash is never taken out, the bathrooms look like I'll catch v.d. If i sit on the toilet, and finally, the food sucks. I managed to get 6 free drinks before anyone from the back even said hello to me.

Would be 0 if possible stood in line for 10 min, then waited over10 min to get food others were waiting the whole time 20+ minutes. Ridiculously under staffed and employees were total inefficient.

Worst Burger King ive been too. Employees, who said themselves, dont like working there. I over heard them trying cuss out a lady thru drivethru, and when she came inside and confronted them, turns outvthe manager at the timevwas the one doing the cussing. Incredibly disrespectful, needless to say, not going back.

I would give zero stars if the survey would allow it. The drive through employee needs to listen so you don't have to repeat yourself several times. This trip through the drive through we got soggy burgers and ice cold fries, almost not done. I live less than a mile away!

It sucked. I order my food at 12: 38. Its almost 1: 00 when i go ask where my food is at. They had given my stuff to someone else. Then they gave me large fries to make up for that. But the fries where old and stale. Im very dissatisfied with my experience there today.

IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD! NEVER COMING BACK HERE! LADY AT WINDOW SEEMED TO HAVE AN ATTITUDE. FOOD HAD BOTH MY TODDLERS VOMITING AND DIARRHEA ALL NIGHT! WORST BURGER KING IVE BEEN TO EVER!

Walking in, it smelled musty (like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while) and we saw 5trays of bacon sitting out getting cold. Inside was freezing (not too bad when it's 100+ outside) and the AC was leaking onto the floor.
No one seemed to know what was going on or how to do anything. Our order came out correctly, but the fries were fried a second time to make them hot and the burger my husband got made him sick.

Pie was sour. Order was filed incorrectly. Worker had very negative attitude. Won't return here.

Bad service, dirty establishmen, manager attending food line while doing hosekeeping duties, like holding bucket for washing or doing the floor and at the same time doing food preparation, it seems they were short of staff because he was doing everything, almost.do not recommend this Burgen King, not at ALL!

Riddle me this. When is a BK dump open but not open?

A: three times in the last 30 days after the posted drive through open time, and the big BK sign was on.

Store procedure us to tell drive through cusomers that they are not OPEN when they try to place an order.

Most obnoxious service EVER.

Great food use coupons always here too get a meal for 2 it's well worth it just need to be more on speed here Fry's we're limpy but burgers are awesome keep up the trying guys see ya soon

Very dirty, smelled like trash, went inside because I thought it would be faster but it took a lot longer than if I would have went through the drive thru. Lady after me, who ordered a lot more food than me, got her food first. Staff wasn't very friendly either.

This store is the slowest. I have pulled out of the drive thru a few times and they need customer service training. Not a good franchise.
