My experience with Burke Mechanical was fantastic! From the consult through the installation, the entire team was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional and efficient. I had a total indoor/outdoor replacement of my entire system. With this being my first time doing this, Mr. Burke explained everything to me patiently and in detail. The team was punctual and they cleaned up upon leaving. I also appreciated them using floor covers to protect my carpeting. They really go above and beyond to provide outstanding service, I highly recommend Burke to anyone! Thank you.

Jeff responded very quickly and solved a fairly tricky problem for us. Clearly all of the high ratings in our neighborhood were right on.

One of our AC units went out and since we have two units we were not in a huge rush to replace it and had time to get quotes from a lot of AC companies. Just by coincidence, Burke was the last one we called. It was like a breath of fresh air! Brad spoke to me about options and the install process. Our attic access has poor clearance and other companies were concerned about this - he told me he had seen this before and had a solution. The install team showed up on-time on the install day and they took great care of our house - I wasn't expecting them to spread mats over the carpet on the stairs or the area where they were working but they did! Plus they vacuumed the area and left it cleaner than when they found it! When they were done, Jeff, the lead installer, called to me and asked if I would like to see the installed unit in the attic. I went up and I was pleased to see how much pride he took in the work of his team. He explained the installation and gave me an education on filters, the dampers, and the unit. A few days later we had Burke service our other (old) unit. The tech (the other Jeff) taught me things about our heat pump that I never knew! We are happy with Burke and highly recommend them! Wish we could get this level of customer service from everyone we do business with!

Burke Mechanical is always the first place I call when I have an issue with anything to do with my air conditioner. They are so nice and reliable and will respond as quickly as they are able.

We had a great experience recently with a new AC installation by Burke Mechanical. It was a fair price and was installed within 48 hours. There is no reason to call the giant companies that charge too much, have dumb commercials and leave a lot to be desired in terms of customer service. These are good Texas folks that care about doing it correctly. Jeff is the best HVAC tech I've ever worked with and I would never expand a compliment unless it was the truth. Thank you Burke!
