New manager here is horrible and I feel like she stereo typed me. I have never in my life been in any illegal activity. She accused me of buying guns for other people. (Husband). Her statement was we asked about the same gun. All because my husband and her had words. Mind you I didn’t even buy the gun we both asked about. I just looked at it. I was purchasing a total different gun. We are small business owners. He wants me to feel safe as a truck driver. So he picks guns for me because he’s more knowledgeable. He knows what I can and can not handle. This way when I’m on the road and have to protect myself it’s in my name. Crazy part is I have bought guns from them before.

Terrible Customer Service, they do not help you with anything when you’re trying to sell. I advise them to get an entirely new staff because all of the staff ive talked to are terrible at their job. I am extremely unhappy and this is why i never come to this store. It is terrible and you are better off going to any other pawn shop in Burleson. I would rather drive 2 hours away to a pawn shop than to go to this store.

Before it changed hands my wife and I and a friend bought several, gold chains, rings, necklace, several guns.yesterday a young lady wanted to show me up by looking up a pistol that was priced over new ones I showed her one she said not the gun look at the barrles. Was kinda smug about it trying to prove her point I found kimber and colt, beretta, as nice or better in stock 50 to 400 dollars cheaper this was a smith wesson was nice has been carried used not perfect or exceptional. Most these people have small salary with bonus. You can make it off someone else

Start high guys and bargain! I came in with an unused makeup mirror in the box and everything retail price $40-50 and they gave me $10 for it. I guess you learn from your mistakes. The lady at the counter was very nice though and said she liked me and my best friend's makeup.

Stuff was close to retail price. I asked if the toner i was about to buy from them from them didn't work if I could bring it back and they said not without purchasing a warranty. I'm not trying to spend extra money just in case you ripped me off.

I wish I could give this place a negative rating because the manager and assistant manager are very rude.have all of there stuff priced with brand new prices she wants $300 for a original xbox one 1tb. All of the employees has been really nice and respectful and helpful to me every time I go in there and when they are busy they apologize for the wait and they are reasonable on the pawns. I would highly recommend them to anybody

Guy behind the counter is either incredibly stupid or trying to price gouge. Told me they wanted 40$ for a 33 round clock magazine that costs 30 brand NEW online. Save the trip and go to a better pawn.

Now that COVID-19 is a thing I'm wondering.

I've had an acoustic guitar on lawawy for about 5 months now and today I need to pick it up. I tried calling but no answer, I'll keep trying.

Do i need to wear a mask when going in if I can go in at all? (I'll bring on just in case).

Finally I dont own a car so I'll be walking the 2ish miles there. No big deal to me. I just wish there was more information about this kind of thing before I leave.

Went in looking for a tv for my grandson walked around the whole store and no one asked if I needed help or even spoke to me.
