12Burlington is one of my favorite stores, good and varied offers. Pleasant and efficient staff, they work to maintain order and cleanliness.
Ok place for shopping if they could keep it all in order. I don't like the floor plan they changed to. It was Betty before and I feel there was more products to choose from
Not enough workers just to purchase a item u have to stand in line for 25 to 30 minutes, i seen so many people leave there things in left
This will forever be my favorite store! I found sneakers that was online for 60 got them at Burlington for 25! They have the best prices and great customer service I'll be a forever customer
40+ person line. 1 person on check out. I’ve been in line for 30 mins. 1 star and never coming back. I don’t need cheap water guns and car air fresheners that bad. If you read other reviews, I can confirm the dressing rooms are still blocked off/closed.

The store was really clean, which was nice.
The "Big & Tall" section was laughable. They should remove the tall and call it "Big and Round".
Came at 9: 15am and the doors were closed. Unprofessional by at least not having a note on the door saying why they aren’t open. As well they are unprofessional by not answering phone calls.
I'm just left. It took 20 minutes to check out. We could see FOUR associates and I passed at least 4 others throughout the store. One person was very diligently working the register, 3 were sorting hangers while a line of 15 customers stood there. I won't be returning.
It was a great place to get baby gear now it is just trashy like other second hand stores.
If you ask me their overrated and what I did look at seemed pricey for what it's supposed to be.
Found exactly what I needed and saved a lot of money. One my favorite stores. Customer service in great.
Location is fairly clean, but could use some extra attention with how some shoppers just leave merchandise in disarray and not putting back where it belongs. They always seem to be short staffed and probably the reason merchandise is unorganized at times.
Pricing is good and decent variety of merchandise. I occasionally find items that I am looking for, but usually have better luck at T. J. Max or Ross. Worth taking a look at if you are in the area, but I don’t go out of my way to visit this location.
