Clothing Store Burlington reviews
8I do not go to Burleson store very often but I bought a toothbrush that didn't work lost my receipt and it wouldn't even exchange it I was very disappointed but if that's the way it works that's the way it works but I won't be going anymore anymore soon
Hours are INCORRECT caught a bus, walked a mile to be told I can wait an hour outside for them to open
Just do better. Put that ish up so we can pull it out again. Add them benefits Burlington so folks can stay an not have long as lines. Glad I only waited about 10 minutes due to when I went. Thanks anyway, did not find what we went for. Location is key
I went there with my wife and my 3 month old baby, we bought clothes for 120$ and on the way out there was an alarm, the cashier had forgotten to remove the clip on a clothes, the way we were approached was not nice, they checked all our clothes and saw which agent bought it but it was their fault for not paying attention to removing the clip, it was a terrible experience
Burlington was excellent the day after my house fire. I borrowed some money from a neighbor because all I had on me was the only clothes that I had. A pair of females cotton capris, a work polo shirt with company logo on it and some Vans. I had exactly what my one outfit that I picked out cost minus the taxes. I asked if the lady at the register could do me a favor and take off a couple dollars just so I can afford this one pair of pants shirt and shoes. I explained to her my situation and she replied with "I got you". Thank you so much. Burlington hires regular people who won't judge you. They will empathize with you. ️
No dressing rooms, apparently due to low staffing. Employee told me all the locations are like this now. Same women's winter stuff as last winter, smaller selection of shoes. So personally pretty disappointed in general with my trip inside. I might try another location?
Today Sunday the cashiers who are serving the public are very slow, they spend the whole time talking and there is a long line.
