I knocked off one star for having fitting rooms but not allowing them to be used; I find this to be frustrating to say the least.
Very long shopping hours, open late nights…

The recent shortage of customer service staff has had a significant negative impact on the overall shopping experience. One of the major issues I encountered was the exceptionally long wait time of one hour at this store. It is disheartening to see that the state of customer service has deteriorated to such an extent. Rather than attributing this problem solely to store management, I believe it is crucial for the corporate headquarters to address this issue directly. The consistent decline in customer service standards suggests that the issue lies beyond individual store management and requires direct intervention from the corporate level. It is evident that this place has been consistently struggling in providing satisfactory customer service lately. Therefore, it is imperative that this matter be addressed at a higher level in order to improve the overall shopping experience at this location.
A bit messy, but you can find great things for the low if you really search! Great selection of hats, shoes and decorations!
It is a store with a good price-to-product ratio where you can find some exclusive store brands at a much lower price, unlike other stores it has a fairly equal selection for both women, men and children, with patience you can find beautiful paintings and paintings other works of crafts and rare but interesting objects to collect.
15 people ahead of me with carts full. Only one checker. I finally put my things down and left.
Good people. I love to go there even far from me. And they are two store near by and I rather go to this one.
This is the only Burlington that places their barcodes over the original barcodes. I wish they could stop doing that. Is on all toys and underwear. Hopefully it gets fixed and noted. Some barcodes are scratched or peeled and can’t find the price. They need to put their sticker separately or next to each other, not on top of each other.
I came in here to shop and I accidentally dropped a glass and the lady told me that who was going to pay for it and I didn't say anything to not argue and she even yelled at me which made everyone in the store look at me and the worst thing was that she was the manager. Also, she amused that I couldn't speak English because of my looks.
OMG! I STOOD IN LINE FOR HOURS THERE WAS ONLY 2 CASHIERS! THE FRNT END MANGER SHLD HAVE OPEN UP A REGISTER TOO SHE WAS JUST WALKING AROUND DOING NOTHING WHILE CUSTOMERS WAS PUT THERE ITEMS DWN AN WALKING OUT. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
Store is not well-kept. Not enough staff to keep store neat and items organized on shelves and off floors, not enough people to check purchases off.
If I could give 0 stars I would soooo unprofessional had a call interview at noon and it’s almost 7pm and have not been called back two nice lady’s took my number and the manager still hasn’t called I called 5 times since 12! Ridiculous management should just be able to have in person interviews like back then so people respect others time!
The store manager is a lazy liar. I put a bedspread on layaway. The day I went to pick it up. I had more items on my cart to put on layaway. As I got too the counter, I told Gio that I picking up a layaway then, I'm putting another one in. The so called manager walks up and, immediately states that "we don't put these on layaway" I in turn explained. I already have one in layaway that I am picking up. After my layaway was bought the the front. I asked "where is my bedspread set? He says this is the only stuff they bought up here. So, I then show it too him on my receipt. Then, the same DO CALLED manager goes too the back again for about twenty minutes while I'm standing there waiting. She comes back to tell me that all I can do is offer you a refund on the item that we lost. This lady (manager) is very lazy and, impatient. And, PLEASE, SOMEONE SHOULD LOOK INTO BURLINGTONS POLICY FOR LAYAWAY. AND, CLARIFY. Because, sometimes they let you and sometimes they don't. I love Burlington and I use too be able to put in more than just clothes. Who put Burlington clothes in layaway.
