Burlington, Pasadena TX

I like coming to this store. It has a good inventory and is not super pack. Customer service is pretty good, too. Workers have always been super nice.

The night shift manager of today January 10,2024 is the one that made my experience end completely bad, I was enjoying a good time shopping, but half an hour before closing time the manager was treating me with an attitude and threatening me to pay or else I would be left with my items unable to pay for them. I was making my last decisions to go to the registers already, but I couldn’t even tell her that because after she approached me and I opened my mouth to answer and tell her this she started coming at me with threats that if I didn’t go right that second (or at least that’s what I assume she wanted to see me do by her reaction) the registers were going to close. She couldn’t find it in her lack of customer service skills to explain why she was basically pushing customers out of the store, and I’m even giving her the right to believe her because she only started mentioning a system update after she noticed that I didn’t like her attitude towards me by telling her that I thought closing time was at 12, I had to keep myself from making any more of a deal about it because she was making enough deal about it and I had my 3 children with me and didn’t want them to have a bad experience, but I’m afraid she just made that system update up to excuse her behavior, but even if it was true she did not know how to handle the situation appropriately, and even after she noticed that I wasn’t comfortable with the way she was talking to me and brought up the system update thing she still kept on threatening me, and in front of my children, if it wasn’t because my boys really needed those items for school I honestly would have left them there, just a heads up to management, if you offer late hours for busy moms who have an emergency or just a customer that decides to go at that time, make sure you have staff that will be up to continue treating those late customers with respect and good customer service, the other two employees tonight were polite to us.

I haven't visited this store for several months, today it was close and I decided to stop by, it was very organized, there were not many people in line to pay so I left super fast, it was not as stocked as on other occasions that I have visited this store but I still brought some glasses

I like Burlington that have great prices and normally a good selection. During these holiday seasons you gotta go super early otherwise your gonna be waiting in line for a while.

They aren't good in customer service, there's no rep to assist customer. And very bad in register system, I was waiting one hour + to make bill, only 2 registers are open to make a bill, it's too bad.

After waiting 45 minutes for the store to open on my way to work, was told when it was time to open, they would open a little later due to the manager was running late! What kind of business is that!? There were several customers waiting outside the store, and the staff had an “oh well” attitude.

They did not take good care of me, the computer system was faulty and they could not apply the discount to me.

Line was wrapped around the corner and they only had one register open extremely ridiculous!

The store was clean and clothing was fairly organized. Was there on a Tuesday night, and the store stayed open until midnight, which was convenient. However, my daughter needed to try on clothes, but we were told the dressing rooms weren't available late at night. Prices are really good.

Store is filthy. Clothes on the floor almost every where you turn. Clothes sections are all out of whack with their sizes mixed up. It makes it hard to browse their inventory. They need a new manager.

I thought I reviewed Burlington, but OK. I went to go get two shirts for a job interview and training. The staff was kind, signed me up for a Burlington card or discount program, and the store was full with all types of stuff, even candy.

Depending on the season you find good things, I have had to say that it has not been very stocked, the carts do not work, or they are hard or they make a horrible noise
