Do not shop at Burlington, the poor workers and the customers have to endure being here with no A/C. Many almost fainting, there is no air circulation either. Never shopping at a Burlington again.

If the owners of this company walked in the store they would have a heart attack.you couldn't walk down most of the isles lest alone push a buggy! Nothing is where it should be and employees are talking on the phone sitting on the counter ignoring customers in lines that wrap past the cologne.

This place needs proper management.they never have enough cashiers open

I've stopped a couple of times at this location and it was NEVER this bad.maybe it's the holidays I dunno but the other reviews are factual. They periodically only have 2 lanes open and the line will wrap around into mens/HomeGoods. I understand people have assigned posts but KNOWING the store will be busy and only 2-3 cashier's is WAY beyond me. I don't blame people leaving baskets of things behind and walking out. I walked in again yesterday and turned TF around the greeter even laughed and said I understand SMDH.

Long lines, only one or two cashiers working. Long wait to check out, and the store was extremely messy and disorganized.

The line is wrapped around all the way back to the men’s section and only two registers are open. There are other employees on the floor but no one is coming up front to help. The line looks like we’re waiting at an amusement park. RIDICULOUS! Not to mention the store is trashed. This location is in complete disarray. Looks like a cyclone hit it. The manager should be ashamed. Horrible shopping experience after working and driving through mad traffic to get here. I feel bad for the employees. Sure the company wants to keep it short staffed to save money. And during the holiday season no less. Definitely not abt quality of experience here. Shop elsewhere because at this place you’ll be digging through mountains like you’re at a thrift store and waiting in a long line like it’s to get vaccinated for the swine flu. Disturbing

Definitely one of the worst locations I've ever been too. If you come here be prepared to stand in line for 45 mins to an hour. For whatever reason they reduce their cashier's as the line gets longer.

Speaking of the cashier's, they're also extremely slow and lethargic.

Only reason im here is because my kid fell in love with this sonic poster that I can't find anywhere else. This will definitely be the last time I ever step foot in this store.

It's clear as day that this store does not respect it's customers.

I'm watching to employees behind the register hang up clothes rather than opening up and helping to clear this line.

In business you want to secure the money. I've watched many ppl leave because of this line.

The Cashier was training another person on Saturday morning. The minute I walked up, she stopped and waited on me. She was very nice, very polite and very fast.

Around 60 people to pay, only 3 cashiers, it is an abuse. They don't want to pay employees

They got their stuff together. Good selection good prices good products. Employees friendly

Will set up orientation and says you can reschedule and they’ll never reschedule you one again to get the job.

Time says closed at 12am. They locked the doors more than 15mins before. Absolutely ridiculous! Will not visit again!
