Worked here. Posted about my experience and got hit with legal documents! I was stating my TRUE experience. They use the video interview to profile people for the "look" Most of the small companies on their roaster are not welcoming to ALL! Be aware! I am sure these reviews aren't real because they threaten legal action if you post something against them

Unfortunately what everybody else said was true. Was contacted by a recruiter, seemed nice enough, went through the process of a whole video interview then made an actual video resume that was brief- recruiter seemed happy w it. Said she would be in touch and gave me some places but since those didn’t work out or were not to my preference she said she would be in touch. Months go by I reach out again and she said she’d be in touch if anything would appear again but radio silence. I’m sure they’re all in it for the cut of the money, they wouldn’t care about you

Unfortunately, my experience will confirm what others have said, despite my hopes that it would be in contrast to some of the reviews that were mentioned earlier. My initial interaction with the business was amazing. I was assigned a recruiter, sent my CV to them by email, set up a profile, finished a video resume, and waited for interested clients to respond. Once or twice a week, I asked my recruiter for an update on my status. I regret to say I have not been in contact with my Burnett's recruiter for three weeks. Ideally, I would be furious about the total lack of communication, but I was actually completing a number of applications on my own. I have good news—I got the job of my dreams… on my own. Even if none of the clients were interested I would still like to be notified instead of being ghosted.

Hopefully other job-seeking professionals will have a better experience than mine.

This a great temp agency. I have had the pleasure of working with Kiley, she is caring and professional, I have been able to go to her about anything and she always reassures me. I got a position the same week I applied and I love it. They are definitely the best!

At first the recruiter Maria was super nice and seemed to actually care. They request you to provide A LOT of information. They require a regular resume, video resume, 3 references and multiple tests before they will even send your resume over to a potential employer. I provided them with all the required interview information and spent hours doing what they asked because they were so friendly. After all that I got ghosted by Maria. I don’t care if it didn’t work out, just tell me! So unprofessional.

It’s frustrating to ask my references to spend time on an email to not have any communication after. They wasted my time and my references time. Luckily I found what I was looking for all on my own with just my resume and interview. Do not waste your time on them.

I used to recommend Burnett's Staffing to my network but after my 2nd disappointing experience I will make sure to tell others to avoid this company. I called 2 weeks ago & spoke to Sara by phone. She sent me over an email to provide my resume, salary expectations & jobs I was interested in. She stated she would respond back right away acknowledging the email & forward my information over to the recruiters so they could reach back out to me. Funny enough, I haven't heard one word from Sara or anyone else since.

The fact this company thinks it's okay to waste your time is beyond me. First the Arlington location ghosted me now this location ghosted me. Don't say people don't want to work when you don't even do your own job to make sure they actually get a job!

I received text messages from a Benzo. He never really explained anything besides me needing to acknowledge emails and text messages. Then sent a link that was for me to send over my ID as well as my ss. I never reached out to this company and became a little weary so I ended correspondence. If it was not a hoax please don't ask for personal information via text message. I would have felt more comfortable if I actually heard someone especially since I never reached out to the company.

Gabrielle was my recruiter and she worked with me to find the perfect job for me! Thanks to her I was able to find a temporary job that lead to a permanent position. I’m so grateful that she took the time to really listen to what I needed and could work with my schedule. Definitely recommending her and Burnetts to everyone.
