Carson showed up on time and did his annual review as well as replace the filters associated with our unit. He took the time to answer all questions and cleaned up after himself. Always a good service from Burnside.

My wife complained of smells in the air. The technician explained the kinds of bacteria that forms on evaporator coils and within the unit itself, and then the virtues of the 'air scrubber' filter system. Which we then purchased.

They should be friendly after they sell you a condenser fan for $4000 when the average price is between 1700 and $2000. I trusted them to do right by me and as always if you aren't familiar with pricing the steal you blind! Too bad they forgot integrity counts!

I don't normally do reviews, but Joe was as good as they come. Very professional, very informative and most of all very honest.

Great service and honesty. I had my AC down yesterday, a guy from another company came and said it was the compressor, maybe was worth it to change the whole unit (3k). Arturo came this morning and checked it. Just a wire and a couple of easy fix things. He checked things that the other guy didn’t even care about. So I saved $3,000 thanks to him and the reliable company he works for!
