Most rudest customer service from a representative. Please don’t call to ask questions, she treated me like I was ignorant, when all I wanted was to ask a question. Mrs. Mandy was her name but not only was she rude but did not answer none of my questions, angrily by the way. I recommend who ever she works for to teach her good customer service and when someone chooses you out of 100 of competitors I would suggest to them to have their staff treat people with more respect.

Having Busby and Associates Law firm represent you it is not just a necessity it is also a privilege.
I have been going through many difficulties regarding my children visitation obstacles, and other issues.
I made the best decision by hiring Busby to represent me, a true attorney who works for you and get things done, a man you can trust, who has integrity and is very knowledgeable. He was a United States Marine who served this country and that tell it all.

This firm is the worst.you get an estimate and paid in full and then they send you more billes that neither they know how to explained. The "lawyers " that are working in your case are changing every time. You asked for them and they told me that they are no longer working at the firm. They are thiefs. You hired them to represent you and they make you feel that they work for the other party. I called to asked something about my case and they charge me for every single call that they received. Either that they have a mistake (they used the wrong last name) and I called several times to fixed because they continued send me the paperwork with the incorrect name and yep they charged me for that. DO NOT recommend them at all

Michael Busby and his team has helped my brother who recently has been having issues with children visitation and child support. Seeing my brother go through so many issues with his kids it was very hard. My family and I are very thankful for Mr. Busby’s work towards my brothers case. I highly recommend Mr. Busby and his associates to be your attorney.

If I could I wouldn't leave a star, I didn't even get to speak to a lawyer the customer service is horrible the phone was answered by a simple "hello" no law firm name no how can I help you, I asked to speak to a lawyer and she said that no one is in the office and when I asked her when can I talk to one she says I don't know when they will be in, she didn't ask for my name, a number they can call back on. After an awkward moment of silence of my waiting for her to ask for my details or for her to speak I hanged up! This is not a law firm because a professional business will at least hire someone with good customer service.

Update: Please see response of the owner just to see the professionalism, take ownership for the mistake of your staff, this is not a connection issue as I was calling from the United States and your assumption that I am calling from Russia is just off putting and just weird to even assume that from a written review (FYI I am Canadian in case you want to make another assumption) I did find a good law firm with staff that knew how to answer the phone, announce the law firm's name when answering the phone and actually take my information for a callback.

Well I had seen other attorneys for a divorce that were crazily overpriced wanted $5k, and I had put off my divorce. Luckily I came across Busby and associates through Facebook. Busby and associates were cheaper and more courteous. I had a consultation and was put at ease. I paid money down and they accepted a later payment Also. Melissa was very helpful as was my attorney Andrew Iwata. Very nice and they were always courteous when I would check on my case. I did not even have to go to court which really put me at ease, I just signed an affadavit. I received a copy of my divorce decree via email today and they were sending one regular mail. I like that! Anyway all in all he was a very professional caring attorney. And very good at what they do making it as clear to you for it to get it over with! Mr. Busby and his law firm are absolutely great! The whole process was stress free, handled in a timely matter, and with the quickness. Mr. Busby took his time and explained the whole process and all of my options, while helping me pick the right option for my divorce. He listen and guided me. He never rushed with me and even answered questions I had after hours. If there were issues or hiccups, They were solved and handled quickly.
