Busy B's Washateria reviews
5Soooo I’m a big fan. I tried another laundromat a week ago and it was nice but the ease of being able to pay with an app *chefs kiss* I love it. There were more than enough washers and dryers. It was clean. There was more than enough room for multiple people to fold clothes although I only met a total of 2 people the entire time I was there. There was a little quarter candy machine there which was nice because I had 4 kids with me this trip. My one and only complaint would be that there aren’t many XL washing machines but most people probably don’t wash clothes for a massive household like we do so, no stars lost. All in all, I would absolutely go back and would recommend to anyone who needs to use a Washateria/laundromat in the Sour Lake area!
I recently had to wash clothes and bedding at Busy B's due to frozen pipes at my own home. I was so impressed with how nice and clean the entire facility was. I like how you have the option to use an app to pay if you don't have cash. It did not take as long as I expected which is nice. I will definitely go back in the future.
I have never been more pleased with the service. The young lady was more than helpful, and the atmosphere was phenomenal. The machines got my work clothes very clean. I would suggest this washateria to anyone in the area or anyone passing through!
From the customer service to the convenient way to be able to pay from your phone, this is honestly a really great and much needed laundromat in this small town. With the owners being extremely welcoming and helpful whenever needed and also with the prices being the least expensive out of any of the ones in Beaumont or Lumberton, it deserves all the good will and credit that it should receive! Also with the food truck that comes out it’s also a quick walk few steps for some great hot dogs and smoothies! 10/10 place:)
I've never been more disappointed. The cheapest washer cost $2.50 but wasn't even big enough to hold a comforter. And aren't your clothes supposed to be somewhat stuck to the washer drum after the spin cycle? Not these washers.which is probably why it cost me $3.00 to dry one load of clothes. Washing clothes can take quite awhile and I'm sure I'm not the only one who has loaded up all my laundry then after driving all the way to the laundromat, realized I forgot soap or dryer sheets. This laundromat doesn't sell any soap or dryer sheets and you have to walk to the convenience store to get something to drink. Then after you've spent an excessive amount of money to wash your clothes you get to carry them out to a white rock parking lot where white dust is blowing around all over your clothes. I will never use this laundromat again.
